if only your product worked, I'm stuck in firmware update loop, and android app also not updated with point tracking mode, it's disappointing that edelkrone is so unreliable

Iam a Jibone v1 customer and I can say that DJI is coming for you. I don't know what is the issue with Jibone but I feel something is missing. Iam okay with the challenges of updates and Bluetooth connectivity as they don't last long. Am sure DJI is going to make a slider, a jib.

One question: Can you use it also in the manual way (not motorised), or you always have to use electric motor to have smooth movement? Just because sometimes, especially in sport, I would like to have direct control over the movement. Thanks in advance!
On device Controls... that's all we want... get rid of the worthless app, it only slows down productions, just simple hand movement to the In point - Press the In button, then move it to the outpoint by hand, Press the out button, a small dial that controls the speed, and that's it. I apologize for the negative comment, but it's safe to say I'm extremely disappointed in your products, especially considering the price I paid for them.
after using a lot of Edelkrone products in the past, I can agree with the other ones here, that it was a lot of times frustrating because the connection with the app was not stable, updates in the middle of production, the motors were not smooth enough. Exactly the so called precision movements did not work in most cases without troubles. If you count the parts together you need for this, it is way too expensive. Your videos always look top notch and now it is mostly the animation video but a good style. I can achieve most of the shots with my DJI RS 4 with motion tracking. Sorry guys but you never give up innovating I have to admit
I use their products daily and I disagree with you on most points. 1 updates can be paused and ignored 2 many updates do not require a internet connection so it’s a snap 3 connective issues do arise but I find the v2 remote to be very solid. 4 I pull off very precise repeatable movements daily with my set up 5 much of the competition is way more flaky and prone to issues 6 every in life is expensive 7 the rs4 can do a lot of amazing things but nothing comes close to repeating the shots like a full kit…
After owning the previous versions, I just can’t say it’s worth the effort using anymore. I’d love to see Edelkrone do something new in the robotic camera arm space instead
Frustrating to constantly adjust balance, fool me once and I'm done. I got 3K into this system this is the most frustrating device I have got from them. I delete all my emails from them trying to sell me a new version of a failed product.
Another one?! It looks promising, but do we have to play around with the tension for hours before our shot can be achieved? That's no doubt the most frustrating part of my Edelkrone workflow. I'll happily swap my JibONE for the v3.

Please, make explain Edelkrone app Video for new specification of Timelapse part. I tried several time.But I can not successful Timelapse yet . I am using slider one V3 and Head one.
is it really better than the other jibs. Because we had a lot of connection issues with ours to the point we moved on to something different. Other than connection issues, we had issues with the app, etc. We've been waiting to see if a newer version came out such as this one, to see if it would be something we'd ever use again. Don't get me wrong the system does create sick looking camera angels that make your video that much better, but from a technical standpoint we struggled to see the value in our at the time $3,000 system.

JibPLUS doesn't require the Tripod X to operate. However, it seamlessly integrates with our entire ecosystem! You may also want to check the weight capacity of your tripod before attaching the jib. Thank you.
another garbage product from Edlekrone. Doesn't detect my headplus V2 at all. Constantly says connection lost. When are you morons going to make something that works? I bought this to replace the phone app which is always soooooo buggy and laggy. What a joke.

It's marginally confusing half your static shots have a post crop-zoom happening. I was wondering why the "static" shots were moving. Anyways, love my edelkrone gear!
