I didn't see any butter in that pan before you poured the mix that pancake looks nasty. Sorry. You also didn't add any butter to the mix. No eggs. No salt. There's no crispy edges. That pancake is not fluffy. 🤢 Here's a better recipe 2 cups all purpose flour 3 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 3/4 cups milk 1/4 cup melted butter 1 large egg Optional: 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract Cinnamon powder to your liking Mix the dry ingredients together, mix the wet together, pour the wet into the dry. Pour the mixture into a hot skillet directly in the middle of melted butter to get those nice crispy edges. Use a 1/4 or 1/2 cup measuring cup to pour the batter so it's nice and even. Use a spatula to flip once the pancake has all the bubbles. Use medium heat so the pancake Cooks thoroughly. Top with a little butter and syrup and enjoy! You're welcome!

Those chilli's are green chilli's that are blanched and sundried

My apologies for not looking into your comment. Don’t have much time so I just upload that’s it. If I answer your questions…. Yes it’s chilli-green chillies just put it into boiling water and let it boil once,take it out and let it dry in the sun.
