Definitely rented this over 100 times from my local video store as a kid. Then my bootleg, vhs/burned dvd got me by for a few decades. My incredible wife got me the ultra HD special edition Blu-ray for my 40th and it is so awesome!! And now my 3 boys love RAD just as much as I do 🤘🤘
I keep thinking how badly I wanted the power glove back then & yet it wasn’t even wireless! James Nintendo Nerd did a very interesting review video of it. Some how I don’t think I missed out much now on not having the power glove.
In the real world Cru would have been disqualified for going outside of the designated course. But we didn't care about rules in the 80s! This was a great time to be a kid. :-) For the most part. LOL!
It was never released in Europe due to the poor reception here in the U.S., even though it sold well. The Power Glove was also released in Japan, though licensed through by a different company, but I’m not really sure if it sold well in the Japanese market or not.
This movie was great back then and in 2024 I feel bad for kids today not seeing what is was like to experience the beginning of the tech culture of gaming.
I feel like Lucas's lackies could have been like good one Lucas's! When he said the poster child line!! But love that classic late 80's early 90's music of like oh crazy what the heck is that thing. And Lucas was like it's the power glove all casual. Lackey hooks it up for him!! Damn that was a good time back then watching this movie as a kid. And the powerglove that was like ahead of its time! At least that's what it felt like to me growing up in the 90's.

Cru Jones, #33, the underdog. Poor as f so Adrian Balboa is of course his mom. A BMX Jesus of sorts, where his contemporaries sport Diamondback, Mongoose or, uhm, Echo logos, his racing shirt is straight-up loincloth. He subsides solely on Kix cereal and having weird 80's "outercourse" in a shotgun shack with Lori Loughlin. Yeah bitch, there's a reason the original title of this film was "Balls Out"! Cru is wanted for like, 74 counts of resisting arrest in Calgary, Alberta. No, this movie doesn't take place at all in California. The thrill of the moment is something else. Especially with Kix!
Wow this is frustrating. The Eureka Lich combo deck looks super cool but it appears the only way to win is to get Lich and Mirror Universe down then cast your singleton Time Walk to switch the life totals which is extremely hard to pull off.
We only play with real cards and we don't count how much these decks cost cause we won't sell our cards unless we quit for good which is when we're past 60 years of age or too old to play the game.
$100k or more each, easily. I'd like to know how they even put decks together using nothing but Beta, Legends, and Antiquities 30 years after printing without an armed security guard watching over the game.
I remember my uw mill decks , i have put so many counter spells my oppenents is so annoyed with it and also spells to bounce permanent like unsommon fot creature and boomer that slip past my counters.
