Girl I was like what am I doing wrong? Then I saw your video and was like omg 😱 the realization hit… :) gotta try the fruits when I am hungry I am forever snacking even the babies feed me when I am watching tv or something…. .-.
People are different but for me l went from 70kgs to 67kgs.. In two weeks.. Literally.. I had been flactuating in the 70s for some time(6 months doing weights training and cardio as well) then l got to understand something: Please please lower your carbs( carbohydrates except fruits and veggies.)... They spike your insulin which makes it hard for you to lose weight.. This is what l did: Morning: ( 6am)cup of green tea with no sugar at 10am l eat a fruit At 12 pm l have my lunch... Mainly a salad,boiled eggs, meat mainly chicken (grilled) then nuts roasted( l love nuts but keep in mind of potion size) ... I can also have (banana+ greekyoughut + chiaseeds) as a desert At 3pm l have my overnight (oats+ peanut butter+cinamon) (portion size please) as my pre-workout then l go lift as heavy as l can.. This pre-workout l mainly eat it when lm having a leg day At 6pm l have my supper like salmon,or fish, with a salad (something not too heavy).. Right before bed l have two scoops of apple cider vinegar.. The next day my belly will be flat.. So in short.. Eat carbs the day you are going to be lifting heavy(where you mainly want to build muscle and for me those are my leg days).. The other days stick to high volume salads and protein and healthy fats.. Bonus... Do cardio on an empty stomach.. You will thank me.. High levels of insulin might be your obstacle so moderation in carbs can be your solution.. My goal is 65kg meaning 2kgs to go Goodluck
i lost about 70 pounds last year and i did some of these things! the main thing i recommend is walking. i would just walk around my house and scroll on tiktok or watching youtube when i was bored instead of just sitting or laying in bed. good luck to everyone watching this! i’m also trying to loose more weight rn because during the school year my weight wasn’t a focus. you’re all so beautiful and remember weightloss is something that takes time and even if you don’t get results as quick as you want, keep trying! ❤
For me I want to lose weight cus my family bullies me and I literally hate how my body looks like like I’ll get comments that I’m good looking but it’s only my face apparently and that if I lost weight I would look rlly good like it just hurts so much hearing it from ur friends and family

I'm so glad I came across your video! I've been trying to lose weight and have actually been following the same habits for myself. Whilst I feel much better, I'm not seeing results just yet. I suddenly felt so discouraged today and seeing your video motivated me again to keep going !
I can’t with how much calories it just showed to eat. I ate like that and went lower as I lost weight. And I got so thin and ended up in the hospital. I have mixed opinions about eating that many calories. But just be aware that if you eat so little food, you can end up damaging your body.
Wow I flew Condor once out of Frankfurt and I quite enjoyed their food lol. The customer service was really good too. This was a few years ago though…😅
Im starting a diet my doctor recommended where i will eat 4 fruits and vegetables(I’m adding protein along side it) before anything else. Doing growwithjo workouts and going swimming! My job is also very physical so it’s extra burn. Wish me luck!
🤔 some people have to see a dietician however you spell it and get their appetite on track some like me have efluctuative appetites based on stress like me for example I can eat like this with a fiber bar to finish or a protein bar for finish
Pro tip, don’t look at the scale, take daily photos. That will allow you to see true progress. The scale is misleading if you are training and putting on muscle. It can be very discouraging
