@@yoman5395 I’m on a budget too and I only buy frozen blueberries and frozen mangoes, I may bulk buy grapes and freeze them as well. You can bulk buy bananas and freeze them too. Blueberries and mangoes taste so well when they thaw. I don’t really do strawberries, they nasty thawed. Oranges and apples at Walmart are cheap. All my veggies are frozen and put in the air fryer. I hope this helps. Do you have a student apartment or a dorm with a shared kitchen. I had both and can give advice.

i lost about 70 pounds last year and i did some of these things! the main thing i recommend is walking. i would just walk around my house and scroll on tiktok or watching youtube when i was bored instead of just sitting or laying in bed. good luck to everyone watching this! i’m also trying to loose more weight rn because during the school year my weight wasn’t a focus. you’re all so beautiful and remember weightloss is something that takes time and even if you don’t get results as quick as you want, keep trying! ❤

For me I want to lose weight cus my family bullies me and I literally hate how my body looks like like I’ll get comments that I’m good looking but it’s only my face apparently and that if I lost weight I would look rlly good like it just hurts so much hearing it from ur friends and family

I’m not on a weight loss journey but I was recommended this video so I listened to a bit while I’m taking my braids down and y’all ! walking is crucial. I would always be 131lbs my whole life literally age 15 to now ( 26 ) but recently, I would average 11k steps everyday working in customer service/food industry. Tell me why I’m 126lbs now just from walking and I’ve been maintaining this weight for abt over half a year now. I don’t do no type of exercise or super healthy eating. I do everything the same and this is my weight. So def add walking if you’re trying to lose weight- or just go into the food service industry lol

I've been doing treadmill and calorie deficit, for more than 2 weeks i went from 85kg to 82kg. I have hypothyroidism and i've been a fat girlie my whole life, currently, i'm not eating sweets bc i have a high risk to acquire diabetes and i think it helped a lot as well. I did a lot of workouts before but it didn't do much to me because i pushed myself beyond what my body can do at that time, so i started exercising on my own pace and could finally see results. the key is self pep talk! seriously 😭 i'm glad you started of your video with that topic because i was about to skip treadmill today earlier lol

Thank you for your tips !! It was much needed for me as a teenage girl who wants to lose weight have a nice body , I started my weight loss journey multiple times but always ended up being a failure but this time I really thought this is do or die situation so yeah I am trying my best but here the main problem with me is my eating habits like I always ended up eating too much and I regret but now I am gonna try self talk and motivate myself !! Pro tip, don’t look at the scale, take daily photos. That will allow you to see true progress. The scale is misleading if you are training and putting on muscle. It can be very discouraging

What has helped me lose 12bs since December is to eat smaller portions. I eat until I don’t feel hungry anymore. It feels great, no tummy pain or bloating and I’m losing weight :)

Guys you should know that one step is -1 cal So for exemple you walked 10 000 step you burned 200calories (10 000:50)

Yes at a plateau, I changed up the workout. I made it a journey about lifestyle changes compared to looking sexy. Intermittent fasting, and from there you find yourself eating once a day. I really don’t eat more than 1000 a day

People are different but for me l went from 70kgs to 67kgs.. In two weeks.. Literally.. I had been flactuating in the 70s for some time(6 months doing weights training and cardio as well) then l got to understand something: Please please lower your carbs( carbohydrates except fruits and veggies.)... They spike your insulin which makes it hard for you to lose weight.. This is what l did: Morning: ( 6am)cup of green tea with no sugar at 10am l eat a fruit At 12 pm l have my lunch... Mainly a salad,boiled eggs, meat mainly chicken (grilled) then nuts roasted( l love nuts but keep in mind of potion size) ... I can also have (banana+ greekyoughut + chiaseeds) as a desert At 3pm l have my overnight (oats+ peanut butter+cinamon) (portion size please) as my pre-workout then l go lift as heavy as l can.. This pre-workout l mainly eat it when lm having a leg day At 6pm l have my supper like salmon,or fish, with a salad (something not too heavy).. Right before bed l have two scoops of apple cider vinegar.. The next day my belly will be flat.. So in short.. Eat carbs the day you are going to be lifting heavy(where you mainly want to build muscle and for me those are my leg days).. The other days stick to high volume salads and protein and healthy fats.. Bonus... Do cardio on an empty stomach.. You will thank me.. High levels of insulin might be your obstacle so moderation in carbs can be your solution.. My goal is 65kg meaning 2kgs to go Goodluck

it really depends how much extra walking you plan to do + calories/food you choose consume in a day!!! if your already in a calorie deficit/eat significantly less food i would just be careful to not over do it with walking then, cause you will be starving your body which could lead to crash dieting

Im starting a diet my doctor recommended where i will eat 4 fruits and vegetables(I’m adding protein along side it) before anything else. Doing growwithjo workouts and going swimming! My job is also very physical so it’s extra burn. Wish me luck!

I can’t with how much calories it just showed to eat. I ate like that and went lower as I lost weight. And I got so thin and ended up in the hospital. I have mixed opinions about eating that many calories. But just be aware that if you eat so little food, you can end up damaging your body.
