Thank u for the tour and nice collections. It's definitely alrght to reset and keep only those that make u happy. I've been keeping mine for those manageable numbers, fit to my current situation & environment and makes me not overwelmed. So far, they are thriving & well appreciated compared before, i always think now that they will grow much bigger and bushier so i won't add anymore unless i realllly like it 😊
90% of my collection came from local plant people. I’m lucky enough to have such a wonderful plant community! The cabinet I got from Facebook market place but is originally from IKEA!
Loving the vibe! Total opposite from me, I design and outfit my room around my plants but you seem to let the plants be part of the room design ❤ Do you have the light next to the entrance so high up because, as you've said, you want to change up that corner? Because I think plants like the Micholitziana seem to be stretching for it 😅
I’ve considered lowering it some, but it is so bright that I found that when it was closer the plants got bleached. With it being higher up it expands more area as well.
Great tour! Amazing how many you have in such a small space - and it doesn't feel cluttered at all. Nice job! Clearly, you are a propagation master - I'm inspired to start chopping now! Thanks for sharing! 😉👏🏽🪴👏🏽
Hello Lori from Puerto Rico!!! You have a lot of beautiful plants!! I just started my English speaking channel and would appreciate your support. Thank you! 🪴🙋🏼♀️
Your dog is so cute 😍. You have a beautiful collection. It’s very impressive that you know all the names off the top of your head. Thanks for the tour!
The yarn ball was wound to be an outside pull and not center pull. You would have had a better experience with splitting if you did that. The jumper is cute you did a good job making it. Thanks
Interesting. I did an outside pull when I used the second skein and it was still splitting. Splitting doesn’t bother me but I know for newer knitters it can cause problems. Thanks for watching!
This was really helpful and exciting! I'm in a small town and I don't have access to all the specialty yarn when I lived in a metropolitan area. (back in my yarn snob days)
Working these on DPNs and my first pair of socks. AND I’m a beginner knitter. So I’m having to work with the pattern and the video trying to convert the pattern to a DPN pattern but so far so good. Just finished the heel turn and PU so I think the next part should be pretty easy
You can totally tell how drapey it is once you washed and dried it. It looks softer on your arms as you were touching it. Your knitting is beautiful. I'm so glad you did this video.
As I said earlier, I use a lot of SS. It’s true that the yarn is a little stiffer than others, but once you wash it and dry it with the dryer sheet or in soften the water, you will find that your item are nice and soft and squishy.
Hi, my name is Sandy and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am 80 years old, and have been using red heart urine for a very long time. I stopped using yarn for period of time when I took up quilting. When I return to Crochet And knitted items, I reach for my red heart. Some of the super saver yarn were hard to use. They hurt my hands so I looked for alternatives. As time went on I have noticed that super saver has gotten a lot softer. And I know that if I make a hat or a scarf or a blanket with it, all I have to do is wash it and dryer with my dryer sheets and it will be super soft and squishy. That was a nice surprise when I gave up quilting in return to crochet and knitting. I use a lot of super saver. I think that is because is it so readily available, and not expensive. It also has a lot of really great colors and there is a variety of types of urine to choose from. I also enjoy lion Brand yarns. They are usually soft , and they have great colors. On the other hand, I have to admit that more often than not reach for red heart super saver. You got a good bang for your book, and, once you have washed and dried it, you will love how it feels. I do a lot of charity work, so it is important to me that I get a good value, and that the finished product be soft and welcoming. My motto is that if it is not good enough for my grandchildren, it won’t be good enough for yours, so I feel confident That red heart super saver, blankets and hats will be soft and squishy when they are gifted. Yes, I do remember when using supers receiver, especially some of the darker stripes, would make my hands ache. But that is no longer the case, and I am so glad. There is a reason that red heart super saver is largest selling yarn on the American market. I hate to see people put it down.\ Do I enjoy the more expensive soft yarn? Of course I do, who wouldn’t? And I have my favorites. But I’m more often than not for my brightly colored super savers. Most of my work is geared toward children and babies so I know that they will appreciate Simple designs and break colors. I greatly appreciated, red heart bright colors when my children were young, and I could spot them easily, because they were wearing brightly colored hats that I made myself. I learned that they hated wearing those hats, but they did serve a purpose. I am visually impaired, so it was important to me that I’d be able to see where my children were at all times. 😊
If you are a restaurant, you want to be near the restaurants. The like-minded businesses attract the people to that product. It seems counterintuitive, but in business, you want to be at the location of similar businesses, as with jewelry stores in New York and such. Praise Hayah, all you nations! Extol Him, all you peoples (Psalm 117:1) ! // SHLM & HaB (peace & love). The Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah, as what He told Moshah (Exodus 3:14), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. All followers of the Messiah are to do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices, following the Crucifixion of the Messiah. We are now of the order of MLK TSDQ (King, righteous), to Whom ABRaHM tithed. Ask the Messiah to be your personal Savior. He said to him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). ...for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of Hayah (Romans 3:23). The wages for sin is death but the gift of ALaHYM is Everlasting Life through Messiah Yahushgh our Master (Romans 6:23). That if you confess with your mouth the Master Yahushgh and believe in your heart that ALaHYM raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved (Romans 10:9). He Himself is an Atoning Offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world (1 John 2:2).
Hi i need some advice. I want to make a 3ft by 3ft blanket. What size circular needles would be best? Really new to this so any advice would be really appreciated 😊 🙏 ❤
I really like RHSS. It's a nice budget friendly yarn and allows people with little money to make their own projects. It's amazing how much it softens up in the wash and you can throw it in the dryer on low heat and it does just fine, though it will pill a bit. You can't beat the value and the color selection is awesome. :)
Why do I end up with only 1 stitch on the last row when you end with 2 on the heel turn? I've redone it several times and still end up with only 1 stitch on the last row.
