ladies and gentlemen welcome abroad this flight to papa westray, flight duration is aaaaroundddd 1 minute. please fasten your seatbelts as we prepare to descend
Really weird to see the caravan site to the north of the airport so empty! We have been there several times and enjoy the walk past the airport to the Lochnell Arms! Hopefully it's just that it hasn't opened for the season.
Jokes suitable for this video. 1. Do they show movies on this flight? 2. No meals ? what do you mean. 3. I watched the whole flight.... Here is the place for laughs... ha ha, he he
Hi Andrew. DW Brasil (brazilian department of the german news outlet Deutsche Welle) here. We are interested in using your video on an explainer about commercial flights. Of course with a credit back to you. Would this be ok? Thank you.
Probably the fastest way to reach the destination, however it's everything but a green solution. Hopefully in the very near future a solution like SeaBubbles or similar, powered by wind/sunlight/hydrogen will replace this expensive and polluting way of travel. A few minutes more, but without pollution would be an acceptable alternative.
GoPro Hero 9. Very good though turned itself off further up Loch Earn which was maddening as had glorious views of all three bridges in the most fabulous light while orbiting pre going overhead Edinburgh
I can see my house from here! Haha. Stumbled on your video and enjoyed seeing some of the area from that altitude. I'm a drone pilot but obviously can't get some of those views.
The pilots here would have record for the most number of takeoffs and landings in their carrier because they are taking off and landing every ten minutes
I can see both my old houses here, great viewpoint of the peninsular and loch. Re "Aurora", we had A-10's, C-5's, Concorde, Nimrods, B-52's, and a number of "night" aircraft, along with a SEAL detachment (which one of the SEALS was my swimming coach for a while), but beyond anything THAT experimental, nope, unlikely.....very unlikely. Of course, given I was there during the 1980's .... the F-117a was operational.
