Explanation sounds reasonable but why was he delayed for such a long time? Drug testing should not be a weapon. It can be for all winners, or based on cause such as erratic behavior, or truly random. Doping officers are not detectives, figuring out who should be targeted based on personal opinion.
Dr Write is EXACTLY correct. An athlete being injured much in their short career and haven't gotten a lot of efforts, to then come back and perform at the level he did deserves scrutiny. Look at the level of those 2 efforts in back to back races. Either his coach was/is being coy about him being injured or he has the best physio and medical team that's ever been in business. 9.77...Sheesh, he's soon to be JA's 2nd best sprinter in short order and folks simply not being honest about what that young man did. That said, the effort of those races were outstanding. Which is also another reason, that brings the scrutiny.
I dont understand why people give Elaine such a hard time for leaving. She was obviously unhappy . Shelly Anne Pryce left him before cause she wasnt happy. Are people not allowed to do what they feel is the best for them? Great video btw

In a way, it's better he's tested and cleared at the local level than to have a questionable test result at the international level. Which would confirm the world's suspicion as to the reason for such a small nation being a dominant force in international sprinting. Jamaica is the envy of the world in this respect and they are more than willing to seek reasons to cast doubt on our success.
She has an injury that was aggravated in her last race. She consulted the experts at LSU and she was advice that the smart thing to do would be to rest and recover. Most Jamaicans are just too emotional and just done know enough about the sport when it's done the right and you're not running diwn money... She's take her time but make no mistake, she will be legendary....
