I changed my Instagram algorithm to a completely positive one. And that did a lot o magic. The more I saw and read good positive things the more my brain started to believe that life is good and I am good too. The theory of positive talk and negative talk is literally written in the basic science books we get to study when we are in 6th grade or something.

@simrankaushik. 8 дней назад
@@lovelywizard-i2c Your goal now should be to avoid naturally relating to those self-deprecating memes. Each time you come across one, ask yourself, 'What part of me still relates to this, and why?' Once you find the answer, flip it into something positive in a way that makes sense to your mind. This is a great way to build a healthier belief system. I did this during my own healing. Filling your feed with positive content helps, but make sure you're not just avoiding your triggers.

@@simrankaushik. I didn't think about it that way. Thank you. Now that I think about it, I rarely find them relatable because a lot of my beliefs have changed in a good way. ❤ What I want to understand deeper is how can I become sensitive enough to sense the energy. Specially, what my frequency is ? And maintain that sensitivity majority of day. Dr Joe Dispenza talks about going into space (nothingness) and then from there I can choose how I want to go further.
@simrankaushik.
@simrankaushik. 8 дней назад
Sensing energy becomes easy when you have mental clarity. We're always sensing energy, it's just that it's hidden under the cloud of endless thoughts. Your frequency is nothing but how you're feeling about yourself and your life in general, right now in this present moment. Your overall feeling state is your current frequency. I love Dr.Joe's concept of nothingness. It really helps in bringing back that mental clarity I was talking about, as you're manually getting rid of that clutter of thoughts from your mind. That gives your mind enough space to reset and decide where you want to go from this point on.

I can easily relate this to "The Illusion of Free Will". Of course, beliefs are important. But it takes time. 21 days are sometimes not enough. If one single aspect gets messed up, others get compromised as well. If one gets better, other areas get better, too. But sometimes, there are things that are out of control. Living beings, especially humans, are so complex yet wonderful. There are so many academic domains that study life and human behavior, yet there's always so much left to explore. I really liked this video and your snowball microphone. Hehe.😊😊

Eg 2: If you have ever had a drinking addiction you will feel pain in your body if you suddenly try to stop drinking. "Here your body is going against you". YOu want to quit drinking but you can't. Who is trying to quit drinking? --- "You" = "Your soul" Just remember it doesn't matter how much pain you feel your body can't kill itself. You will always win, the time may vary just remember you are the one in control. You are the soul the divine energy. Your soul can't die, your body can't kill itself, SO you can conquer any addiction / bad habit if you endure the pain required to quit it. JUST DON'T EVER EVER GIVE UP. FIGHT TILL YOUR LAST BREATH, LET'S SEE WHO WINS "YOU" OR "YOUR ADDICTION".💪💪
@Kartikeya7
@Kartikeya7 Месяц назад
Well, this is not a specific thing to making habits but life in general.... " YOU ARE NOT THE BODY, YOU ARE NOT EVEN THE MIND" -- You are the soul who controls both of them. In daily life your mind does what feels good to it and your body does what feels good to it. (We scroll reels and are lazy couch potatoes all day.) But when you really want to do something serious with your life you have to take control of your body & mind from autopilot. Eg: When you try to study after a loooong session of scrolling reels and being lazy. You can't focus or may even feel sleepy(like me) after studying just two pages. It's because your "mind+body" doesn't want you to take control. This is the time you have to remember that you are the one controlling them you are the one controlling your life, not the other way around. You will have to face the pain and suffering for as long as it takes to get the control back and then life will start getting better.
@simrankaushik.
@simrankaushik. 29 дней назад
You're spot on with- "You are the soul who controls both of them". Many fail to understand this. Also, it's not that your mind doesn't want you to take control. As I always mention in my videos, that our mind ain't our enemy. It plays out programmes on autopilot. It feels difficult to take control or to change because your mind and body has gotten really comfortable with the existing programme and has learned to feel safe in it. Even if it involves some habits that you consider as bad. The will has to be stronger, and then the mind obeys. You're a good observer. Keep it going :)

Interesting video Simmo. Btw are you sitting on the floor??? 😁 WHY is the bed so proportionately high up? "Delayed gratification" (with healthy habits/ change); exactly right ✅️ . Mustering up strength and dedication can be difficult without a deadline or a very strong reason propelling one into action. "Confirmation bias", yep, you seek out what you're familiar with, which usually comes down to your belief systems. Tony Robbins (if you know that name), used a metaphor of a table top being a belief and it's legs the reference points. So if one wants to change that belief they have to saw the legs off if that makes sense.
@simrankaushik.
@simrankaushik. 29 дней назад
Yes I was sitting on the floor :D You're absolutely right, I think having a strong reason really helps in getting comfortable with delayed gratification. And yes I know Tony Robbins but I never really followed his work long enough to understand his perspective on confirmation bias. But the metaphor you mentioned here makes a lot of sense. Never looked at it that way.

Well, the main thing I think we are here is to experience the human body and human society. I believe that our souls are just a part of god ( The Eternal Source of Energy). So doesn't matter what we do in this lifetime either we live for 100 years or die at 30 our soul will leave the flesh and go back to god. The main reason for us to live was to just experience life the pain the pleasure, all the senses that we have. We were given eyes while some animals were not We were given hands are some were not at the end we are just animals who have evolved and developed into a society that we see today with all this tech and innovation. BUT in this universe, we r just a very very very small part of it and even if you or I die tomorrow it won't affect the universe much. So I think that we are here just to have as many experiences as we can have before we die. All their responsibilities/rules/expectations are there just because we are humans.

20th 👍. You painted some broad strokes but I agree with your premise. But how do you let go of trauma? Especially as a dude, you're expected to be stoic at all times I.e not show weakness, but we are not made of stone, it's difficult. "Fun" at college? Ohhhhhh Simran 😂😏 that's open to interpretation! By the way, don't take this the wrong way, but last few videos you appear a little tired in the eyes. For me, brisk walking definitely helps with my mental health, maybe endorphin rush? Plus I've dropped from 115kg to 97kg in about 4-5 months so definitely feeling better. Correct me if I'm wrong, but my belief is that you can manage trauma but you can't let go of it entirely, it's more about acknowledging it and that you control it, it does not control you (easier said than done). For me, it's about being the best health I can be, using my wisdom as a early millenial to best serve my family back home of which I will leave Australia at some point to be reunited with again. It's my dream, my purpose. I'm glad I randomly found your channel, but I have to ask, are you studying or otherwise affiliated with psychology? Or coming at this from a religious lens? It doesn't worry me either way but a frame of reference (as I am a later viewer) would be nice. Enjoy your day Simmo (this would probably be your nickname if you were Australian based) 😄👍
@simrankaushik.
@simrankaushik. Месяц назад
Letting go of trauma is deep topic. I already have videos on it. Resolving it gets easier once you really understand why it's there, I'm yet to make a video on that :D And also, you can actually completely let go of your traumas. I've done it. Trauma is nothing but a neural circuit, which still has active emotions associated with it. And I know I've been looking tired in my videos lately. I'm currently going through a career transition and also focusing on working out a lot lately. I've created this channel just based out of my own experiences and whatever I learned when I was healing my own trauma and manifesting my goals. I was always curious about creation and how it works. I'm definitely not coming at it from a religious lens. A lot of people here in India call me by that name :D

My mum actually became a competitive body builder in her mid-late 40s (long time ago) 😲 Thanks for clarifying even though it's all good either way. Good video.Here is what I learnt 1. Acquisition of skill is about learning.It doesn't have much to do with self worth 2. Learning skills is a process.It takes investment in terms of time,effort and energy.So perseverance is important. 3. Practice more. Not for an outcome,but to give sufficient exposure to your brain so that it creates the "pathways"necessary for performing the skill.Reminds me of Bruce Lee quote on 10,000 moves Additional points (would like to have perspective on it) One can divide skill into various "sub skills", attributes.Focus should be on acquiring these sub skills one at a time. Major issue with all of us today is IMPATIENCE.Either we want to learn skill quickly or we want to declare quickly that we are not worth it. Yet I think that every skill is not for everyone.As the efforts,energies required to reach a certain level may vary from person to person
@simrankaushik.
@simrankaushik. Месяц назад
You're spot on with your summary. Good observation :) It totally depends on you if you want to divide the skill into various sub skills or not. If it seems easier to divide your skill into small sub skills then you should definitely go that route. A human being is capable of mastering any skill. What they want to master totally depends on what they like doing and are passionate about. As you do need some level of passion and willingness to go above and beyond to become a god at it.
