Thank you for capturing this so beautifully. I've always wondered what's up there as I didn't grow up when the park was still running. From inside the car, you can only see a dome and bunch of trees on the rooftop. Finally got to see the whole thing. Wish I could do this kind of work some day, getting views of all abandoned projects in Malaysia.
5000 apartments and nobody know each other. Something is wrong with that architecture. Maybe we have to remove kitchens from these apartments and start to build common dining rooms for dwellers. Many people hate to cook anyway. Also gym for dwellers would be nice. These needs are so basic but never get attention from architecors.
Not a fan of these long buildings like this one or the one in the Middle East. Aside from creating a visual wall for those behind the building, the more important consideration is that they create artificial barriers for the fauna in the area.
Love the concept. Community +privacy. Could be improved upon by converting the lawns in between the circles to vegetable farming or plant indigenous forest.
0:05 Terowong tu asalnya bukit yang ditarah. Di dalam tanah bukit itu (atas terowong) terdapat laluan tiub saluran gas semenanjung (utara- selatan). Sebab itu bentuk tanah bukit terowong itu nampak ganjil sedikit, yang kalau ikut akal sihat kenapa tidak dipotong sahaja bukit tu untuk buat jalan, kenapa kena buat terowong. Maka itulah jawapannya.
