Hello, my friends! This is my RU-vid channel where I have posted Pokémon Double Play Challenge/Baseball League contests from one of my old favorite baseball games, Earl Weaver Baseball. In addition, I was the host of LoZ's Game Show Night, a monthly show that I streamed on both Fun For Freedom and Girls in Dresses. I have done several game shows which include the Apple version of Card Sharks and Big Bucks Trivia Quest, the NES version of Hollywood Squares, the SNES version of Family Feud, and Press Your Luck. Currently, I have been working on DOStlevania (Castlevania for MS-DOS) speedruns and have posted my results on this channel along with some spectacular moments. I also hope to be posting more MS-DOS material as I continue focusing on my weekly streaming. I hope you enjoy my channel!
2 incredible things happened today. First, we had a total eclipse of the sun. And, finally somebody got the potion instead of the heart container. I waited almost 30 years for this!
@@Bundor8D I'm currently playing Tears of the Kingdom. Maybe the masses of gamer sheep like the game, but I don't. I keep getting side quests without any kind of direction other than "at the bottom of the hill" or many times no direction at all for many of the side quests. I keep falling down to the underworld, which there isn't a lot to find or do down there, but it's a huge time sink. I could go on but Tears of the Kingdom is not a good game. Many of the other games you mentioned are just obviously crap games so I guess I'm not talking to the right person
@@Bundor8D Tears of the Kingdom not good in my opinion. There's just too many little things wrong with it. I did like BotW though so that is one you could arguably say was good.
I just now noticed, after all these years, that their three new wives are the same ladies that you see looking out the windows and door - at both the beginning and end of the game! (Although the black haired lady's dress color changes from blue to red, and the one with the consistent blue dress has her hair change from brown to blonde.)
I can’t tell you how much I thank you for doing this! This was one of the finest times in all of your streaming history. Here’s to a lot more fun down the road!
@@ChromeCobra420 it's a speedrun. Why wouldn't he? That's the point to do everything allowed to finish as fast as possible. All speedrunners do it in all categories except for the "No Up A" ones.
Whammies: 1. Lawnmower Whammy 2. Bowling Whammy 3. Photographer Whammy 4. Football Whammy 5. Judge Whammy They should use them in the new Press Your Luck
There were other websites that showed how to change the dollar values? I couldn't even find THAT! I'm glad this video helped you understand how easy it is to change the values within the game!
You bet, Gex! I would imagine that we will see ROM hacks with new values on the wheel. Now, if only someone knew how to get a 9 graphic into this game....
You just got yourself a like, a comment, and a subscriber. I'm a die-hard Wheel of Fortune fan who knew about these unused values for many years. Thanks for showing this to us, and speaking of thanks, Happy Thanksgiving.
Glad you enjoy it! Yeah, I knew about these unused values for a long, long time, yet there were no wheel editors out there! My hope is that anyone who's got more chops on programming than myself will be able to make a Wheel Editor or even a Randomizer that can change wheel values each round or even each spin!
@@lozcardsfan2223 What I meant is Tandy 3-Voice. The user named SepTandy told us that The Tandy 3-Voice provided the speech clip from the actual Three Stooges films.
That would explain why I've heard some weird sounds where you are supposed to hear the Three Stooges voice clips, so that must be a Tandy thing only. However, I don't know if it works on DOSBox, though.

How were able to make the new slides ($1900, $2000/Lose a Whammy), prizes, as well as the new whammy slides? I tried doing it myself, but it seems impossible to either make or obtain. Great job with the game, by the way!
Thanks! I make this look easy, but almost everyone else I've seen try to play this game on stream struggle with it to some degree. Having this game as a kid really helped!
@@letrickyboy6552 It is not that easy! I think I only did the entire run crashless maybe four or five times en route to getting that sub 24 in those 126 attempts.
Better graphics (and I'd argue, sound too) than the NES version...and MUCH better gameplay (looks like) than the PS1 version. The Amiga is a happy medium.
6:26 and 19:14 the Willie Nelson whammy has been played twice but they should have it in the new press your luck I got your bucks again just can't wait to get them bucks again yee haw meg yee haw how you like that Elizabeth
Amazing find. Perhaps something can be done to make it more consistent to get to, but very interesting to see DOStlevania have a similar skip as the NES game.
Charlie and I actually have figured it out. The first bat, you have a big margin for error on when to whip it, but the second bat, you have to be on a precise pixel and whip it to set up the proper spawn for the third bat, which is the on you boost on. You then have to delay a frame or two and do the same technique as you would the Bat Boost on Stage 1. Mess it up though, and you're taking a bath!
Neat! I'd thought it might be possible but I wasn't quite able to do it after a bunch of tries. That was slightly before I understood the Stage 1 bat boost though. I recently found a small wrong warp in the Amiga version in Stage 6. Skips two sections. It's repeatable but very difficult, and due to how badly that one is programmed, it's unlikely to save time. Kinda wonder if there's something similar for DOS and C64 though. Skipping the Stage 6 Fleaman rooms would be big in DOS at least.
You're giving the Amiga version of Castlevania a shot? I applaud your courage because that version looks and sounds pretty bad. Wish you the best of luck and it's a free World Record at the moment!
Yep! Thanks! My goal is under an hour, which is ambitious. Amigavania is quite possibly the worst designed one. They took the worst parts of DOS (slower movement polling) and C64 (made most of the skips impossible) and then added their own brand of terrible (removed most of the subweapon locations, messed up the hitboxes, added more RNG). Really not sure how they expected anyone to beat it.
Congrats! This game though looks and sounds soooooooooo bad, i couldn't do it, couldn't play Castlevania on what looks to be 2.5FPS lol! But once again congrats. One of my favorite games of all time! Pretty crazy reaction on setting a WR for game that probably has 3 people running it though! That being said, once again, congrats.
Thanks! I reacted the way I did because I did not expect to sub 13:30 this game. And actually, we just discovered that the Cave Skip is possible in Stage 4, just like in the NES version. However, my success rate is extremely low at the trick We have not figured out exactly how to perform the trick consistently. If that were to happen, a low 13:2x, even high 13:1x is in play because it saves around 9 seconds.
My guess for each of the following 2 Questions would have been 1 of the following 3. Something In A House That Has A Door: 1: Closet 2: Bathroom 3: Cabinet Position On A Baseball Team: 1: Pitcher 2: Shortstop 3: Catcher
Came here cause the last track’s been kicking my ass. I never thought of the tailgating techniques and going off road. Hopefully I can finally beat this game now after 30 years. lol
