I love that Dorian followed Mike Mentzer and Arthur Jones. 4 exercises each body part. 1 or 2 warm ups and 3rd set is all out heavy weight. Dorian has said that he only trainded on average 45 minutes per session 4 times a week. Results don't lie. HIIT works!!
@@MH-et5sn Usually 2 warm up sets on first exercise then 1warm up set for the others. Still did about a third of the sets other top bodybuilders were doing less than 3 hours per week of actual weight training.
