My black tank flush out might be stuck… I recently bought a new (new to us) trailer and when I went to use the flush it didn’t work at all. The hose had lots of pressure but there was no water coming from the tank. Do you think it’s plugged somehow? Is there a valve that needs to be opened?
I have 4 solar panels, an AC and vent cover on top. Seems this leaves a lot of vulnerability to freeze/thaw cycles causing problems. Considering hard foam fillers to raise a cover and really only covering the top of the camper rather than rapping it 100% as do do many.... input/thoughts welcome?
I have a outback and it is clogged. But it is from the year 1995z how do I unclog it. Beginner owner here. The system is not the same as the new ones. Any idea please.
Do you just use the same hose for fresh water and for flushing the black tank? I know the hose isn't directly touching the poopoo, but it still icks me out
Our AC stopped (Tiffin Allegro Open Road 32SA)... No breakers thrown in the coach OR at the shore power pedestal. My solution was to turn off the AC at the thermostat.... shut off the breaker at the pedestal... wait 30 seconds... switch the pedestal breaker back "on" and turn on the AC at the thermostat. It comes back on every time! No breakers thrown... ANYWHERE!. Can anyone explain this?
New camper owner questions. I have a 2020 forest river wolf pup… I de winterized and got everything rocking. I did not bleed the pressure relief valve but I couldn’t after 2 + hours get the water to heat up off electric. I did get it to work off propane, any thoughts why?… Also my hot water access panel is shot… any thoughts how I can re attach it? I’ve tried and the screws and holes are beyond stripped… 😞
I found the opposite to work in ours for some reason. Coming up on summer time in Missouri and had the vents closed and it was stifling, even tho we had it on all night. Opened the vents and now it’s been nice in here since 🤷🏻♀️ cold air blowing from the vents on the unit and from the other vents around the camper has made a nice air flow, and it’s 90 degrees outside with our camper in direct sunlight.
I also have put 2 - 5' sticks of 1/2" PEX (red and blue) under the bed in our 5er, PEX cutters and Crimpers to my tools, and added some PEX crimps, T's, and couplers to my bag of parts. I should be able to fix many plumbing issues on the road rather than just capping off the lines. Lowes carries a great Craftsman bit set with square, torx, phillips, allen, and standard bits. Includes standoff and a 3/8" adapter and fits nicely into your driver. Don't forget a good utility knife for cutting sealant and a painter's utility tool for scraping.
Dewinterize my 2020 Impact Fuzion toy hauler right now my hot water heater by pass valve is in the off position my winterize valve is on the off position and my tank fill nominal Flo position should I fill with city water first once I get the air out of the lines, I’m wondering about the hot water heater by pass valve position should it be on or off
My flagstaff has three lever positions. Down. Middle. And up. None of the positions do anything! WTF are they supposed to do??? Meanwhile the water is running out the tub spout down the drain. Some smart engineers designed this. Way to go Flagstaff.
