I spent 2 hours trying to braid my hair then hide it in the loc. The crochet needle method wasn't working and kept slipping which exposed my hair. I also couldn't get the lock to stay in. This is such a helpful video. I'm going to try again. Thank you!
Know what’s crazy, the Amazon seller that I bought this hair from used your pictures and then I see this video! I used the crochet hair to make a ponytail 😊
I know this video has been up for a while but I still need to thank you! I am just learning to add hair to my own and do other styles with it and you made it not only easy but truly healthy and non damaging as well ❤ Chefs kiss!
I know this is a dated video but I love this style! I’m going to try it this week…I’ve been looking for a very natural 4C-centric protective hairstyle with length as I’m on a continuing growth and healthy hair journey! I love the hair that you used because it’s such a natural pattern and a dull sheen to it that’s absolutely gorgeous! And I love that it’s imperfectly parted and no heady products needed. ☺️ Truly a testament of timeless Afro beauty!
Me too! I’m going to try this! I love the non shiny hair. It looks beautiful and natural. I wear Zuri Afro curl 8-9-10 and I always get compliments on my hair. No one detects that it’s crochet hair!
