This was perfect dude. I'm glad you suggested a hanger bc that was the only way I could get through that dang tube. I'm surprised Honda didn't make it a little wider for us power users. That tube almost ruined the whole mod. Other than that this was perfect. 19 hatchback base build.
1. Is that the only gromet hole availble in the firewall? 2. Is is possibe to get a 75 mm hose through there, if the grommet is fully set aside? 3. Is it just moisture that can potentially get through the firewall-hole, or would it also be engine exhhaust?
1. There should be a few holes. That one just happen to be the easiest access for wiring something from the batter. 2. Not sure about the dimensions. Didn’t measure. 3. Leaving it open would introduce the interior to many things like you said plus rodents and bugs.
For the power steering draining you can put it on ramps and drain from the other end of the pressure line so the reservoir is empty and you completely empty the steering rack too if needed
Good eyes. So I went with an ADDCO front and rear sway bar. The red bushings you see are only for the endlinks. I did replace my front bushings with all energy suspension. Just did not have the time to record it. I may have to find someone local to work on their car for a recording. I did purchase the energy suspension bushings for the rear. Just not ready to tackle it until i'm ready to replace the rear bearings and crush washer.
this is a BIG help as im restoring my '85 GT-S ! I'd like to see a cruise video in the future as your shifting gears . Good channel here , watching all the way on the east coast in the carolinas
I think the outer tie rod may be different on the celica. If you have a manual steering celica then it’s the same parts. If you have a power steering celica the outer tie rod is a little longer. The inner tie rods are the same though.
The undercarriage is very flimsy and sometimes even the hardware gets loose over time. I almost lost mine a few times going on long trips. I ended up having to use blue thread lock to make sure the 2 front screws didn't come loose again. Never been a problem since.
So cool to have a new Celica Supra "Neverending List" video! Thanks, John. My Supra has its own Neverending List also! Your videos have helped me so much!

Question. When I looked up the fasteners, it showed black clips. Where do those go exactly? Because when I removed the splash guard, I didn't see them. Same with your video, I didn't see them.
