Just crazy how many are using atf in manuals there a reason why manuals call for gear oil and not atf i highly recommend anyone that has t5 to use what’s required and don’t follow wrong example atf is made for automatic not manual people need to stop giving people wrong info ridiculous. Had friend his tranny blew shorty after putting atf in it which was main cause he got info from RU-vid so people please stop with the wrong knowledge of what your posting.
Thanks for the video, a lot of racers won’t share. I gettin a car ready and my only little bit of experience is with an auto trans. Manual should be a lot of fun if I can get some consistency and not break stuff. I’ve been puzzling over what parts are required and how it might work. I’m still studying on it but this video seem like some solid info. 👍
God I fuckin love the t5, they're so cheap and plentiful you can even use the V6 t5 and convert it to a V8 yeah they don't handle tons of power and power shifting like this but such a great feeling transmission they are getting harder and harder to find though!
That's why when I built my Monster it had to stay what it was when I purchased it brand new in '91 a stick shift...The T-5 has been long gone but when I put a Windsor 427ci motor with a Procharger F1A-94 in it I figured a Magnum T-56 built by G-Force was definitely needed
That is awesome. I’m pretty sure there is not a supercharger out there that can rival the a good turbo setup. But them at is very impressive of the the TorqStorm. What was the price/time differential? I’m willing to bet tons.
I know this is really old but that is a lot of plumber's tape or at least it's a lot more than I usually put on do you normally put that much on or is this something special?
What heads & cam are u running compression ratio etc? I picked up some trick flow twisted wedge heads used old owner claimed 220cc and 58cc chamber size do bigger flowing heads help or is that too much flow for a 302
Just to clarify is the brake you are referring to the hand operated line Lock?? You aren't using a foot on the brake pedal just clutch and accelerator yeah?
