I don't know the story but sometimes when some guys are about to be arrested they give the police a hard time especially if the person is what you call a thug or bad man, it happens right here in the US also. You do something wrong or if you're a suspect just let them take you in without force until the matter is solved. They may just want to ask some questions.

Wow, looking at this clip of the police is shocking. I can assure you that if they had approached this young man in question in a professional manner it would've been a complete different scenario. When a group of officers turned up looking ready for action it makes matters worse. I don't know what was the story behind the arrest, just giving my opinion. In public you must remain positive calm and professional at all times, won't always be that way. When you are going to become a boxer in uniform that's not acceptable and that can cause repercussions. The Task Force came to they assistance and ended up tasing one of they own.. Officers of the BPS, please be mindful that the public will always be watching you. You've to gain the TRUST,not like that. Judging from what I saw is Totally not Acceptable.You all have to get your priorities right, The BRIT.
That matter could've been dealt with properly. When you as an officer of the law, using the perpetrator as your punching bag in the public view in uniform shows that the laws that govern the Lands are not aheed Policing has changed dramatically during my time when it was the Royal Barbados Police Force. So much crime on such a small island is bloody shocking.I do hope the COP keep his officers in check.
