My name is Larry and I full-time RV without being retired here in the American southwest. I reduced my monthly bills, and now live in my RV to save money. I try to "boondock" or "dry camp" as much as possible in order to save money to travel, explore, and adventure more!! Come stay the night and experience what it's like to solo camp inside of a pickup truck camper. We might go explore a 4x4 off-road desert trail with the Geo Tracker or go for a ride on an E-bike, or maybe just have a relaxing night at camp and cook a delicious meal on the cast iron skillet over a campfire!

Hello from Phoenix, Arizona, I just came across your channel. I’m excited to watch some of your videos. It’s getting really hot down here now, but I’m sure you’re aware about six months out of the year. It’s beautiful here anyway I just wanted to say hello, the breakfast looks good and I’ll subscribe and just a moment.
Hope the project you are working on will be great but wanted you to know that I have enjoyed your videos since I have found them and you do a great job. Love little Mason too! You take wonderful care of him.
Lived in our motorhome over a winter at Grand Canyon, worked in the bookstore at tby the visitor center. 2 questions we answered often, 1, where is the glass overlook and how do I go to Havasupai Falls. Answer, leave the park go south to Williams and drive west.
Hi Larry, I was inspired to bring my truck camper to the Williams area after this video, imagine my surprise when sitting here I see you drive by my camp spot not 10 minutes ago, thanks for the inspiration.
Dude! I’ve been solo for 8 years and camped in the middle of nowhere all last year. I’m still scared when I see your one video with the knocks. Dammit.
Years ago buddy and I went up to a mine to look around. Guy was there claiming it was private property we knew it was BLM said he was armed we were armed also, but decided to just turn around go back to highway call the sheriff. Yavapai county showed up took them about an hour they followed us back told us to stop about 500 yards back two of them went over there. After while they came back guy was in the back seat cuffed. Turned out he was a wanted felon living up there guy had a handgun also. We had an AR-15 but still always better to avoid conflict with someone even if your well armed. Get shot and bleed out long before you can get to a hospital. If end up shooting someone else who knows what legal trouble can get into never know. Law enforcement, and the county DA might not think it was self defense not like had a video or a witness. The other guy may have someone like a GF who claim you were the aggressor. I always let the cops handle situation whenever possible or just leave the area.
Box canyon Hassayampa trail nice up there like to get back over there this winter busted some suspension parts on my jeep back in 2023 after backway from crown king that flash flooding. Years ago in the 90's did a bunch of trails in the Bradshaw's in an old 90's 4 runner no cell phone just one of those book maps had the trails on them. Looking back on it wasn't too smart about being prepared. I use some mapping software on my ipad download now still pull out the book trails really don't change sometimes it's just easier to look at something in those days It was all done with ruler and trip counter I would keep track on the paper map where I was.
It’s just stuff! Leave it! It will be there when you get back. If the million in one happens and it is not there… it’s just stuff! You will have the memories or you will get more stuff. Leave it, simplicity brings peace. People are more important than stuff
Mate come to Australia and do the trek from Sydney in to the middle then straight north into the NT. It's everything you want, but boy, you better prepare.
Coyotes love little dogs and cats….if real hungry, they are not shy about snatching them ! I know you watch Mason close…he’s good. I have a 11 # dog, and a 155# beast to watch over her. You camping video’s are inspiring me to get my trailer hooked up and go ! Thanks 👍🤠
We liked the White Mtns Apache-Sitgraeves NF area a bit better because of the higher elevation(9000') it was a bit cooler than Williams. We did enjoy our time there and thought Bearizona Park was fun. Short drive to Sprigerville or Show Low from Big Lake Recreation area. (Lots of dry camping areas)
I’m going back in time through your videos, but you asked what we want to see… I think you do a good job of getting a little bit of everything. As a creator I know how much time it takes to get all the different kind of footage so props to you.. for even the ‘lazy’ shots. 😂 don’t skimp on the wind in the trees though. That’s 💵! But having watched your newer videos too… I like the drone footage. (Speaking of, if you ever want a side gig, to your side gig… I could use some drone footage of my camper) long story short… your videos are fine as they are. I think the reason people watch is because of you, so just be that and anything you create is great. Not everyone will like it all, but your people will. 👍🏻 ( join me on my next Ted talk… 😂 kidding, I’m done. Have an awesome day!)
Misses seeing you two, enjoy Williams, we didn't make it there this year. We did make it to summer like Temps finally low 80's starting tomorrow. Can't wait to meet on the road again. Safe travels. Tracy and Kimberly
