Damn man… I moved my family from New York City to Atlanta to avoid situations like this. You seem like a humble brother. God bless you and your family. I think we will move to John’s creek, Alpharetta, Roswell area. Not many of us there but I will have to adjust. I just want a better life for my infant son. 🙏🏽
What are you people talking about? You sound like you have NEVER lived in a BIG CITY before.......this is no different from New York, LA, New Orleans or any other place that has more people fronting than they do working. How old are you people? If you want to go to school- move to Atlanta.....if you HAVE A CAREER and get a good offer- move to Atlanta....if you are not beginning, but ACTUALLY MAKING MOVES in the music/ entertainment business- move to Atlanta. NOW WITH THAT TYPED, if your a lame that has no direction and is easy influenced by a big booty or people that flash what they don't have (and you can't tell the difference).....then YES- STAY AWAY FROM ATLANTA AND ANY OTHER LARGE CITY. ROO DAWG
I have accepted I am going to have to leave Atlanta to meet a marriage minded man that will not attempt to treat me like an option. Most of the men here like men so us heterosexual women find it hard to date here.
The Age Ole Calculation! Pretty women are offered NIGHTS OUT on the town CONSISTENTLY! No working man will be able to keep up financially. My suggestion to MEN is to select the female that enjoys staying at home and keeping her home in order. She likes going to the gym or taking walks. She is respectful to everyone. Sadly, certain sub-cultures have a toxic nature to them. Over-celebrating and over sexualizing everything. And when you are young, this is seemingly the path most of your peers will be on. However, it is not sustainable. A traditionally raised man will attempt to self correct ...... and provided he is NOT apart of that fore-mentioned toxic sub culture .... He'll have a better chance finding a Wife. (Not Love but a Wife) But know what you are getting yourself into......the waters are murky. Stick and Move!!!! Protect Ya Neck!!!!
My cousin lives off Lindberg in the Buckhead area. Atlanta is one of those cities where Black people hate Black people. Too much hate and envy there. Everyone scamming, robbing, and killing each other. It's a sad place. The area might look good but trust me it's dangerous.
This dude doesn't seem to know much about Atlanta. If he did he'd know most of the people live outside of the actual city and most of what is being built is outside of the city. They're trying to get more people to move inside of the actual city and that's why they're constantly building high rises and new apartments everywhere.
@laryanryan9170 umm i assume u haven’t seen my other videos and also lack in processing information. I am speaking on the city of Atlanta not surrounding cities. If i was speaking on “metro Atlanta” then u might have a point but I’m sure i said Atlanta. But hey what do i know…. lol education is key .
Great video. I knew you were from NY! I am too. I’ve been in Atlanta for 15 years now. It’s only good for working professionals. Everything else I could care less about. They different here.
Charlotte is bigger than Atlanta? Lol yeah all one street of uptown smh you gotta expound on that dog, clt has more land and is probably the most suburban sprawled city in the country lol very underdeveloped compared to Atlanta
Dude it doesn't matter where you live at in Atlanta. I live in 3005 Buckhead Apts. I pay $2,100.00 a month in rent. In December 2023, just 90 days ago there was a shoot out in the Apt right next to mine. Three men, all in their 20s, were killed. This is in Buckhead. This city is dangerous. It doesn't matter how much money you pay in rent.
What are you talking about? Your car gets stolen and you don’t call the cops? If your house burns down are you not calling the fire department and are you not gonna use house/fire insurance??
Full context is in the full video! Atlanta cops usually takes 4-6 hours to come out. I left the location bcz of my safety and reported at the station and filed the claim after.
@akinsolaadejumo somebody who want to get compensated for their stolen car minus the deductible. that's how business handle. just brush that off let them folks handle that.
@akinsolaadejumo buy main thing you safe brother. I just read your other post. frustrating right. but thar how government involvement. and if you can go to pd to handle it that's cool. but when you get settled get gap coverage it's worth the few dollars.
Moved to Atlanta from Miami. No desire to live in the city of Atlanta and keeping my ass in Gwinnett County which has everything I need for food, entertainment and peace of mind. Only time I am near Atlanta, when I go to the airport. Dating scene here is utter trash but you can easily smash out here just make sure you stay in gated area where folks dont have easy access.
The expectations brother for women is becoming more and more universal. They want to be rich men prostitutes. Just 💯. The music they listen to and glorify tells you everything you need to know. Especially in a place like Atlanta. So buy a condo there only to fly in for a week or two then ghost. Speaking from experience as an investment banker who lived there. I saw the writing on the wall two decades ago. I know it must be beyond trash now.
I am born and raised in Atlanta our city ain't for the clubs one night stands and popping bottles y'all out of towners and new York Nigas are the problem
Cool! Another Nigerian moving to Atlanta. I’m moving from NJ for a job opportunity. I visited once to look for apartments and am put off by the abusive rental practices. There are also a lack of regulations. I’m already rethinking the move and may go back to NJ after a few years.
I’m looking to move to either Covington or Lawrenceville. Covington is much closer to work, but Lawrenceville is known to be better socially. I like the apartment floor plan in the Covington apartment as well but I am not sure if the community is gated. The crime in GA is definitely higher than NJ.
You don't know Atlanta, even from your small vantage point. You just trying to create content lost boy. Atlanta has and will always be a city for the YOUNG. It's a tradition. All yall transplants messing up our city. Please leave, go to Houston ,anywhere just go.
My ex move to atl and was there a year and told me he met women who wanted things and met a female who he thought liked him but turned out she just wanted $ and left him alone when he couldn’t provide
