Rolling pin is genius. I used an offset spatula per the other recipe I tried and think they were too thick and not crisp like I wanted.

my dehydrator is 650 watts..so do i dehydratethese still at 106 f for 20 hrs?

Hey, thanks for your question. I don't think the watts matter when you can set it to 106 f. So I'd say yes, you can. (Sry for not being well versed technically 😅)

Id use chia instead of flax. Flax are high in lignans and are very estrogenic.

Hey, that's a very good question! Unfortunately, I never measured it. I would say that the weight of the corn cuts in half when dehydrated or maybe weighs even less than that. So if you use 800 g of corn you would probably end up with about 400 g of chips. Sorry that I don't have a definitive answer
