I'm a singer who felt the need to get back into singing after having a brain tumour removed in 2012 only 8 weeks after the birth of my Daughter..I'm very lucky and thankful that I am still here and able to enjoy singing and share my voice with you. Omg.....i absolutely love music from the '50's and early '60's, Del Shannon being one of my favorite artists.....you absolutely blew me away with this cover. Runaway is an absolute classic.
Hi Sarah, Many years ago, I would be in the car with my father driving. This song would come on with Frank Sinatra, who he always loved, and he would start singing with it. This was many years ago and I wish I could have one more ride and hear him 'sing' again. You sing this song with great feeling and do an incredible job of it--you are a treasure!
