I made it today but without timur and cumin seeds. I used mixed herbs and ground peanuts instead and it was soooo good with chicken momo. It was easy to make and looked just like in the video Thank you for this recipe. My achar was Mitho as youe channel's name.

HI Mam Namaskr I watched some videos, some of them told to peel and extract the seeds to make ash gourd juice. Some says to make a juice with the peel (Skin) and seeds. In this two methods which one is correct? What are the benefits of juice made from seeds and peel? and what are the benefits of juicing made without seeds and peel? which one do you justify?
