I tried this! Thanks!!! My mouth felt different, but in a good way! However, it did sting a little since it was my first time. I would definitely recommend adding just a little bit of water for the first few times with this so it doesn't sting.

Wasn't that backward when you pointed to, the cheek and tongue? Also, I was taught that peroxide full strength was too strong and shouldn't be used daily. The baking soda is too abrasive as well, but despite this, I noticed you used a small amount of peroxide and you didn't polish the teeth with the paste.
Flossed & rinsed 1st. Then tried this mixture 4 hours ago after repeatedly watching this video. Feels & looks fresh & clean, just like after dental cleaning. I kept feeling my teeth with my tongue even after eating my dinner plus alcohol & dessert. Still clean & shiny. Thank you very much doctor & God bless!

Flouride rots teeth. I haven't had a cavity in 40 years because I don't drink city water which contains Flouride. Water flossers work great too! Don't use charcoal toothpaste, it's too abrasive and actually damages your teeth.

My dentist recommends electric toothbrushes, never the regular brush. He says nobody brushes, their teeth right and the electric toothbrushes get in the areas where the regular brush can't.
