Always fun to get there, then you find out how far behind you are on almost every element of football. I don’t think we’re the fittest. Most athletic. Technical. Tactical. But we do effort. Same with our clubs in the CL. You see the chasm. You can close it sometimes in the odd game, but overall, we are so far behind and have been for decades.
Twenty-four teams is too many in a European Championship. Rubbish like Scotland and Albania qualifying, and then as many as THREE teams getting out of the group. Utter nonsense.
I really think Sane could be the X factor for Germany if they want to win. They have 4 of the most brilliant creators all around him, use his pace and he will kill teams. Only problem is his ego might not allow it

@@zosostarshipaye pal I live 45 minutes hour away from Scotland it would bring a smile to my face seeing Scotland do well I just find it hilarious how you can have the audicity to complain about English fans not showing respect considering it’s the Scot’s that base their whole national personality around hating another group of people. Very unhealthy mindset.

Love this group! As a millennial, I never would’ve thought we’d get the curtain pulled back. Shearer still has that halo or aura of greatness. I still jump a little before he answers … and I don’t even support Newcastle or Blackburn 😂
I think Scotland made a mistake not playing certain players. Billy gilmour absolutely should have played, one of the only players that is capable of pulling any type of quality out for that team and he never gets his chance. I understand why, but Scotland had to have known what was coming regardless of how they set up
I dont think Germany were anything special, we were just that bad. We gave them way too much space and way too much time on the ball, a decent side wont do that. I think Germany will get out of the group but thats as far as they’ll go.
The Germans are always amongst the favourites but it's always good to get a loss out the way early. Never a team wins 🏆 without a loss. Better to lose in the group stage.
Steve Clarke showed zero tactical awareness. One simple plan would have given Scotland a chance - one simple plan - stop Kroos from passing the ball wherever he wants. Everyone who watched football in the last 10 years should know what Kroos does. It seems incredible that anyone doesn't know that, which Scotland clearly didn't. That's down to Steve Clarke.
The Germans have come to know the Scots as very pleasant and likable fans. They are always warmly welcomed in Germany and Bavaria with their traditional attire. One of the best and most likable nations. Greetings from Munich. ❤🇩🇪🏴
As if that wasn`t a foregone conclusion, but even my own Country, England won`t do much better. I`ve said since when i was a nipper watching England win in 66, they won`t win it again in my lifetime, even the Euro`s, most unlikely. We`ve gone backwards.
The worst thing about Scotland's performance was the lack of cohesion in pressing Germany when they were in the final third. They all went at different times and left massive holes.
