Liverpools money came from their success so what's your point? During our success back then we were always stable financially. We can't say anything until it's all finished but UEFA found city guilty and their ruling got overturned because they were found guilty on a charge that was too long ago for UEFA to prosecute, this doesn't apply however to the EPL. I personally don't see city getting found guilty on all 115 charges, maybe a couple at best which would result in a small point deduction and a fine.
