All 50 states have laws that prohibit HOAs from demanding that non-members be forced to pay dues or fines or being forced to comply with HOA bylaws. Any attempt to do so can be considered harassment & can lead to civil & criminal charges.

HOA harassment story little surprised the police responded to some of those calls beyond telling Karen to stop wasting their time. Police shouldn't be responding to enforce HOA regulations they are NOT laws its at best a civil matter maybe in some rare cases HOA regs and city or town ordinances might align

Yeah, how dare people expect you to do the job you're paid for, right? The entitlement over having a few twigs over size is just mind boggling. In Spain its daily pick ups but in Sunderland it is fortnightly alternative weeks for recyclable and general rubbish so recycle could be weeks 1 & 3 then general rubbish 2 & 4 but as we all know they arent Refuse Collectors but REFUSE Collection
That basketball story reminded me of what I did to the football coach! How's watching the football players play I don't I don't like football personally I was actually waiting on a friend and Coach told me to get the hell out of there so I decided to be a prick right back cuz he was a major a****** anyway I asked the coach out right when are they going to start really playing and acting like they give a s*** because this is a sissy game! He told me to stop right there and explain myself! I told him all these guys are doing is grabbing each other's butts and nuts and throwing the football for a distraction! Now if you want to play a real game get rid of this damn stupid ass football field put in a ice hockey rink now that's a real sport you got guys with blades on their feet clubs in their hands beating the s*** out of each other now that's a real sport! He got so pissed off he actually punched me! He punched a minor! Lost his job and went to jail! Next day when I went back to school everybody wanted to know what the hell happened so I told everybody what I said and what he said needless to say football players are pissed off at me and I told him quit grabbing each other's butts and nuts and throwing a football for distraction making everybody think you're playing a game and you're just actually down there grabbing each other's butts and nuts and actually play a game maybe you'll win a game hell I could take the boys and girls out of special ed and they can do better than you right now no training! By the way I was in Special Ed because I'm dyslexic and my writing is horrible I can't even read my own handwriting half the time so I talked to myself and other people in Special Ed how to write words as symbols and what each symbol I was using meant and our grades improved minimum 40% after I came up with that idea teacher couldn't read it and I finally made a guide to what each word meant with the help of a friend the teacher was impressed for 5 years after I left that school they will still using it I don't know if they're still using it today that would be cool but I did help my classmates out back to the football players and basketball players they always traveled in a group and picked on the special ed people beating them up pushing them around no less than a group of four and up one day they beat the hell out of Wilbur that poor boy extremely overweight very very very slow and there's like six of us going to class with hurrying to get to class what came around the shortcut and there's Wilbur getting the hell beat out of him I drop my bag and I tackled that son of a b**** as hard as I could that was beating them two guys was holding his hands behind his back and they were taking turns punching them in the face gut nuts I tackled that son of a b**** so hard he hit the wall broke his front teeth busted open his forehead and I let loose of all my rage and started punching one of the guys who try to grab me up pull me I bit the living s*** out of him like a rabid dog I bit down and started thrusting my head back and forth up down left to right my objective was a to tear a chunk out of his arm lucky for him one of the coaches having to be walking down the hall here and all that screaming and commotion and Order everybody to separate as well as one of the cheerleaders I like was coming down the hall she said my name several times put her hand on my shoulder and asked me to let him go so I did soon as I did I spent blood back in his face they took every one of us to the office I went to the nurses station grab the bottle alcohol wash my face rinsed out my mouth with rubbing alcohol don't ever do it burns like a mother f***** and tastes like ass and burns like the Dickens anyway they told me I was suspended for a year I looked at that principal dead Square in the eyes watch the security footage and make a copy of because I want to give a copy of it to my lawyer and we will subpoena records from other days of how these boys have been treating people from Special Ed and we will be suing over it and they will have enough back data to see how this was provoked and we've held it in until today I don't care that I'm going to be suspended for a year all I care about is how Wilbur was traded With His Hands Held behind his back getting the hell beat out of him! And you sir failed to do your job we came here to learn not get the hell beat out of us we want to get the hell beat of us we just stay home! So knew this to say I wasn't suspended for a year however the basketball players and several football players were suspended and lost scholarships and everything else and when the parents found out they lost their wheels they lost their eligibility for the letterman jackets and get to play any sport for the school when I'm caught me after I went to Walmart with my mom and stepfather at Walmart told me out right he was going to kill me I reached to my pocket pulled out of pocket and I flipped the blade open threw it out at his seat and told him they go son we're not on school grounds now! And you need all the help you can get! He looked at me looked at the knife look back at mangoes what the hell I told him I accept his challenge come on! You want to kill me I'm right here! Let's see what you got big boy hey turn around and ran! And that's when I realized all these guys traveling in a group are cowards why else would they travel in a group because they can't defend themselves that's why they travel in a group it's like coyotes the attack together they feed together they don't hunt alone
Title story: the HOA has no authority to declare a service dog 'illegal'. ADA laws supersede any & all HOA bylaws, and any attempt by the HOA to override ADA laws will do nothing but get them in a whole mess of trouble for violating federal laws.
If you're not a member of the HOA and they try to demand anything from you, that includes trying to fine you, you sue them for harrasment and overreach.
