And why couldn't OP prove that it was hoa board members that vandalized his yard and garden and pond? He had cameras installed after the first instance, which should have been the construction crew in the morning. And why would it be such a difficult and long case? OP had nothing to do with the hoa, it was his private property. hoa had no jurisdiction over private property. Cut and dry. And in another hoa story, the hoa got that person's signature from a petition he had signed months earlier. I'm not buying this story.
