Have you tried to print without using any adhesion on the bed ? One thing about the printer is I did not want to have to use anything on the bed, because that's just not my thing. And I don't want to have a printer that I have to do that on. So I have never had. to do that on this printer. and I have not had any issues whatsoever. So if I was you, I would try it without anything. on the bed. and see how you like it.
Anytime that I do a filament change on this machine, I will put it to the highest temperature, because I have got. a couple of clogs. ever since that I have been putting the temperature up, not a 1 and this is for all types of filament

Whats the maintenance time to print tome ratio on that beauty? I am looking to get an XY core 3d print but i dont want to always be doing maintenance on it.
Abnormal restart generally means that something has failed, and it might be the Wi-Fi Dongle. Or there was an improper shut down you have to give Linux plenty of time to shut down like maybe a minute it’s the last but generally if you wait a minute, it should be OK. I would use the USB that came with the printer . It is a 16 GB thumb drive currently the machine doesn’t support any thing larger than 16 GB and it must be format to 32 gigs. Copy the contents of the thumb drive over to your computer as a back up . Erase all the files on the thumb drive. Download the update. Unzipped the file and copy the directory to the zip drive. Plug your zip drive into the back of your computer power it back on. And you might get a firmware error if you do ignore it click on the gear and select settings. Scroll down to check for updates and select off-line update. it’ll check the thumb drive for the update. It’ll proceed with the upgrade next. I’ll tell you to shut the machine off for 20 seconds. Turn it back on after 20 seconds. Any update should start if it doesn’t. I would suggest you get a hold of Support. Q1Support@qidi3d.com And by all means, please join our Facebook group. I've used Rub & Buff. There's one thing that no one ever talks about besides the smell. There are two words there, the second one is buff. Wait for about 30 minutes, then hit it with a microfiber cloth or a polishing wheel/disk on a Dremel. It makes it look way more metallic and way less like paint.
I recycle the waste or purge into silicone molds . Making other items out of what would be thrown away. I collect it also in hopes of being able to extrude new filament from it .
I think a lot of functional parts can be printed with design tweaks, if you add more material to high stress areas for example. I think a lot of people just try to copy the design of a higher Mpa material and wonder why it breaks 🤷♂️
