I don’t get how “ jiggling the valve” will cause an underfill. You state it will cause the valve to prematurely open. What do you mean? That level valve is just a bleed to vent pressure out and has a dip leg setup so the cylinder can not be filled to the brim with liquid.

The first is that a customer wanted to change her order which is a totally reasonable request and a restaurant needs to be flexible. Valve needs to be opened before filling the bottle when the gas reaches a certain pressure you need to close the valve so yes it has to be touched but it should not be touched or tapped whilst filling. They tap and play with the valve to get it to open prematurely hence making it look like the bottle is full and you get ripped off.
Absolutely not a scam! He just go safe to fill the bottle up to 80% and not overfill it. If you think it's a scam, buy you the LPG adapter and fill it to 100% by yourself!
Another one who can't read a description. Tapping and playing with the valve before the bottle fills with the sole intention of prematurely opening the valve so you get less gas is absolutely a scam if you're happy getting 5 kg of gas when you paid for 9kg good luck to you.
