I understand the point this video is trying to make but these are two very different situations. The first is that a customer wanted to change her order which is a totally reasonable request and a restaurant needs to be flexible. The second is four people at one table complaining about the food even though they've nearly cleaned their plates. So Gordon had every right to call that lady out on her inappropriate behavior
Also you can tell this is one of those people who like to start trouble. Maybe she thought she'd be on TV if she started something (if she wasn't a plant from staff to cause drama in the first place), maybe she was looking for a free meal, who knows.
it's double standards, don't like it. If it was someone i know, things would be different. Chances r, it was a paid actress. The plate was not cleaned nd if it was, so what?
