2 years late and my backhoe has been attached for 2 years. Now it's stuck. I tried hammering. Any safe ideas? I am considering raising with forks also, but this doesn't seem safe.
There is a 354 on Craigslist with 30 hours on it with loader for $3500. Bell housing is broken. Guys is firm on price and says he can’t find the parts needed to fix. I physically seen two with broken bell housing before that was welded up with gussets to relieve bell housing from stress. I was offered job to fix the broken one and passed on that job.
You can refer to our clutch adjustment guide here: www.kenotractors.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/200-series-clutch-adjustment.pdf If that doesnt work out for you feel free to give us a call and speak to our service dept, im sure they can help out.
youre very right! our mechanics have a lot of experience attaching these implements, it wont be this easy the first time but it will become easier with practice.
Well it would be that easy without the drill bit portion. Have him try again with the drill bit portion attached. Its a whole different ball game then.
When putting the two halves of the tractor back together screw metric M10-1.5 NC threaded rods (approx. 8" long) in several of motor side bell housing bolt holes to aid in alignment. Just be sure to chose holes that allow access to remove them later i.e. don't put them in the bolt holes in the clutch access openings. It will save you a lot of pain trying the line up the input shaft into the clutch and pilot bearing openings.
Thanks for the video. My husband died a few years ago, and he was the one who knew hoe to do all of these things. I am grateful for those like you who make simple, but very helpful videos.
I'm trying to drain my oil but there's two bolts underneath that look like they could be right but according to this, they are back far enough for the hydraulic fluid. Where is my diesel oil going and where's the plug? I've got the manuals saying change it every 100/500/1500 hours with absolutely no diagram where they are. I've pulled off so many wrong bolts, this thing is going to fall apart.
If you are trying to drain your engine oil, you need to be under your engine because the oil pan is directly under the block. Look for a big bolt and that is your oil plug. If you have any additional questions please call us at Keno Tractors Toll Free 866-363-8193.
if you didn't know, that pto shield chain needs to be attached to something fixed. It's purpose is to keep the pto shield from spinning. It's for safety.. even a spinning shield can grab something and pull it in
Is it possible to buy a service manual for a Farmpro tractor with a 3 cylinder. YD380 diesel engine ? We are having difficulty setting the timing on the injection pump. We live in Wakefield Quebec Canada and no authorized dealers in the area. Thank you in advance
Unfortunately they never produced a service manual for these tractors, the parts manual is the best available. If you would like to email me at parts@kenotractors.com i can send you all available manuals we have for free. As for your tractor timing, at this point it would be best just to retime the engine from scratch. I would highly recommend giving us a call and speaking to Trevor my service manager, he can walk you through the timing process required for that engine.
I have a Jinma 184. The PTO section of the clutch works fine but the Main Drive section will not disengage. In the past I have had a similar problem after winter storage, but first time I put it under a load with the clutch all the way in it would seem to break loose and work fine all summer. This year it does not seem to want to break loose. Any suggestions.
Your main drive clutch may be out of adjustment. There is a clutch adjustment guide on our website under guides and videos. If you would like you are also welcome to give us a call and speak to our service dept about this issue.
@@watchmenpropertyinspection3469 well I set my bush hog on a 4x4 . My tractor (old) has extendable life arms so I extend them before I back up to my implements . That allows me a little leeway on where I stop. I have also made dolly jack covers out of old inner tubes so that water doesn’t get down in the jack tube and freeze ( learned from experience).
you can definitely remove the 3 point if you would like, a lot of people like to keep all their parts attached to the tractor so they dont lose them. However it is not required to keep the 3pt on the tractor to attach the backhoe.
The 4wd driveshaft going from the transfer case to the front differential is only held in by a spring. Remove the silver dust shield from the area which will expose the driveshaft. Push the entire driveshaft towards the transfer case and the front of the shaft will pop out of its coupler. Then the rear of the shaft will drop out.
I need help guys , I have my 235 ya mar torn down repairing the clutch and I cannot get that throw out eating shaft off it's loose I'm contemplating welding a couple bars to it so I can hammer it out , any suggestions
@@KenoTractors sorry it's a jinma just like yours , that throw out bearing shaft after you remove the four bolts I can't get that off too replace the seal , is there a trick too it or do I need to have it in another gear please help,
@@northspack Removing the 4 bolts should have set the shaft free. I would highly recommend giving us a call and speaking to our service department about this. They should be able to provide some pointers. Our number is 866-363-8193
@@KenoTractors Thanks for your reply. So what can I use these ports for? I was hoping to use these ports to add a grapple to my bucket. Is this possible?
@@cooper8318 does your tractor have 1 or 2 rear ports? when we install grapples on the Jinma tractors we replace the loader valve with a 3 spool valve so you have an additional function up front.
@@cooper8318 That is a rarity that you have 2 ports, it may be an aftermarket setup. But yes, the 2 port system is usable as you have a pressure and return port. The only downside is that those ports will have constant pressure unless a valve has also been installed.
i have not heard of that brand before, i cant say for sure. you may be able to check tractordata.com and see if they can provide information on that tractor.
My 3 pt hitch will not go up or down. The front bucket is working so i think the pump is working. Unless there are two hydrolic pumps? Checked fluid level, checked filter, not sure where to go from here.
