Hello, I really enjoy your videos, they've been of great help to me. I have a question, I have a 2005 jinma tractor and I changed the glow plugs but I don't think it turned out right because one of the tip of one inside the engine bent and I was wondering if you knew if there was a specific way it's to be placed or if I maybe did something wrong. Thank you, I would really appreciate your feedback.
hello, thats a little odd that it bent inside the head instead of breaking off or melting, it could have been bent upon installation or maybe possibly heated to much and bent? they should just drop into the head, and then thread in until snug. for proper glow plug use we recommend holding the glow plugs for no longer than 15 seconds per cycle.
@@derricksmiley5632 Yes, the agracat was a jinma that has been rebranded, if you can find out what engine is in your unit we can most likely find parts for you. feel free to email me at parts@kenotractors.com
Hello I need to change the head gasket on my 2005 jinma 224 and I was wondering if there was any chance you can help me with the torque specifications for the head bolts and the valve adjusment bolts. Sorry to bother you, I've been trying to get a repair service manual but nobody has one, and a big dealer for jinma tractors told me that the manufacturer doesn't make the repair manual. I was wondering if you had any idea where I could get one.
The power steering on this tractor is hydraulic and the steering cylinder pulls hyd fluid from the same reservoir as the 3-point and front end loader. Its all one circuit. Hence, this fluid is all filtered by one hydraulic filter as well.
Can you tell me what the brand and part number is on the hydraulic filter? What I have is the original Chinese filter and cant find anything to match it with American filter
@@KenoTractors hi Terry . I got a farm pro tractor 2420 4 wheel drive and I have a tooth out of a gear. I can't seem to find the part number I need for it. It is the gear that is on the top of the transfer case that drives the gears in the transfer box. I don't have the proper tools to get in there to measure it the best I could do is the gear has 14 teeth the teeth are around 17.29 mm long and the shaft is around 30.58mm . Like I said I don't have the best tools to get in there to measure so that's the best I could do. If you could help that would be great
