September 11th, 2001 was a scary day for my family. We thought my Dad was at the Pentagon that day. We kept trying to call, but his cell phone kept going straight to VM. Turns out, he wasn't there. Back then, sometimes he just didn't turn his phone on. It was so nerve wracking. He was at his home office that day. He didn't need to go to D.C. Yikes.
I cried when I saw and heard this. I lost my wife of 25 years to cancer back in Dec. 2020. Bette Midler's concert was the first date we went on, and she was absolutely amazing.
