I use it for bad bed bug, brown recluse and German roaches infestation. This stuff works amazingly. I spray in roach Infested cabinets and they're on the floor doing the seizure dance a minute later lol.
In regards For use on carpet for flea control/elimination.... how soon after applying to vacuum? Does the product stay on the carpet or get vacuumed up completely after a few floor cleanings? How to best use on carpet and rugs? Thanks
Mark, my business phone number got disconnected within the past year, and it sounds like there is a message that your 866# is too, or is being rerouted. ... I had inquiry about specific automotive locations the creatures creep into, so that preventative measures can be taken. Before I saw your RU-vid video ad, I made a video about what I did that is a little different; but, filming it myself, it does not work so well. Anyway, I hope you guys are well & safe and pest free. Vegemite, packed with b vitamins also works well. Most Americans do not like it, but if you can make it a broth substitute, Chilli additive, or concoct a great steak (or mock-meat) marinade. As far as I know it is veritably vegetarian friendly as long as yeast is an okay. Thanks for the advice, post & previous
Do you use this with an extension cord? and if so, what gauge is your extension cord? I have 10g extension cords and thought I read to use with 12g - 14g but now can't confirm where I read it.
With a smaller steamer like for straightening clothes how long does it take for a steamer to kill bed bugs. Like how many second or minutes of steady steam will kill. Im also under the impression that most clothing steamers will reach 212-220 gegrees
If you steam, you need to make sure the moisture evaporates. I say this because I found nests where I have steam cleaned and specifically where the moisture lingers.
From someone who’s dealt with bed bugs twice in my lifetime, these prostrips came in handy for eliminating the bed bugs for good. Highly recommend it 👍🏼
I went very slowly with overlapping passes with the Conair turbo extreme handheld steamer and it put all the bedbugs and bed bug eggs that are hiding in my mattress and box spring out of their misery. Though it's meant for clothes, this handheld steamer deeply penetrates that mattress with steam. I also used it on pillows and felt the pillow get hot on the other side.
It's designed for treating items brought home that may be infected. Not for treating an already infected room. It is brilliant, in fact. Whenever we return from a trip, we put our luggage inside, preemptively. I also use it to treat my clothes for moth larvae. What is dumb about the product? Are you unable to see the application, simply because what you require differs from what this product addresses? That's like saying a chef's knife is dumb because it won't kill a deer standing a hundred yards away. It's a tool. Like any tool, it's not one size fits all.
Ugh my family and I just rented a beautiful old rustic cabin for a weekend of family fun hiking in the great out doors in Shenadoah Valley and we absolutely loved our cabin. However getting into bed the first night I noticed bugs crawling all over the pillow case after my husband had gone to bed about 20min before I did ND we where horrified our girls had been laying in the bed prior I did check their beds but just a general inspection before I went to my own bed and did see anything in theirs however I think my husband's body heat enticed some out and thank God but the girls had throw clothes and bags on the bed so we bagged everything back up and went back home. After an all nighter of driving back home and not sleeping we arrived back home at 7a.m. i made everyone change again in our kitchen and then get showers. Currently we have all of our belongings and luggage in the car with the full blast of heat going for an hour after another 30 min we are headed to laundromat to dry all the clothes and bags... I am praying to God that this does the trick and we don't bring them home with us. Ugh
I want to say that heat treatments for cars or vans with a lot of stuff in it (loaded) does not work. he took it up to 160 and left it in for almost an hr. still have them.
My question is what happens if you have a loveseat, couch and chair and cannot put everything in the Zappbug at once? Will the chair for example get reinfected once removed so other items can be placed inside?
