Right to left you have a Chef's knife, bread knife, paring/utility knife, and a Japanese profile that's used for boning but not cutting through bone. Honesuki is the name of the profile but Shun profiles aren't really true to traditional styles so it's a bit large and likely very thick as well. And hexclad is junk. It's a metal mesh with teflon in between. Over time the teflon wears down and you get a mostly metal surface since the teflon wears down a lot faster. Better off with cast iron or carbon steel since you're going to end up losing most of the nonstick anyway.

Not trying to be parasocial. but it is. And in all seriousness, I feel kind of bad for nick. He clearly wants to advance onwards with Malena by having kids and marriage perhaps but you can just tell she's not interested and steers away from the topic. It's not that she doesn't want children in general but it definitely sounds as if she just doesn't want them with nick I mean why would she? Nick said it himself even if it sounded like a semi joke - (jokes have truth in them) Nick had/has money so he got malena, if he didn't they'd never be together this whole time. She's comfortable with him and putting up with him fine and they've bonded and built a relationship for years. but she clearly does not respect him as a man or even sexually attracted to him which is very important. (not just "something you talk about"). He even says their sex life is a joke. Again jokes have truth to them. She probably has pity sex with nick. I've seen tons of other dudes in these situations where they just get used for their money, or women settle for someone easy to get or to be in control of.
You can have all the love in the world but if the love doesn't produce into a future the end is happening with a matter of time. People can have a future with people they don't love but love without a future cannot happen

This what happens when she a 9 or a 10 in looks and him a 6-7. Never works! She craves a big norvegian good looking guy on her looks level. While he craves a woman that genuinely wants him and adores him a lot like all men and women want! We re all humans, more close to animals than we think, who love based on emotions and feelings and not brain which are usually instinctive! Doomed to fail from the start! When they started and she was fat they were more or less equal in looks so it worked, now its not even close even though Nick lost weight and got a haircut! It is what it is folks!
I dont think the looks is the problem here. Nick wants a kid and Malena doesnt. This takes a toll in a healthy relationship everyday. Sometimes it’s a deal breaker right away, sometimes it drags on for months and years until one says enough is enough.

People who decided they wont ever have kids have super strong convictions and beliefs to back up their decision, Malena s arguments at least what I saw on streams are superficial, shallow, weak like "Im not going to be a good mother" instead of "I wont gamble with another one s life" or "the world is suffering I wont impose life on someone else" etc etc. If Im right Nick(who I think is a super smart and cunning individual) knows her arguments are super weak and he can eventually convince her especially with the clock ticking and nature s calls for Malena. This is my honest opinion dont hate on me!
@@Hello-sw3en Dont forget that aproximately 4% of men may unkowingly( between 1% and at max 30%, article from 2005 btw numbers are waaay way higher now) be raising a child that really belongs to the mailman or some other guy! That s how strongly nature influences decisions! She a 5'11 absolutely gourgeous woman with great curves, a true 9-10 while he is a 5'10 decent looking nothing special guy, a 6-7! This relationships can work if the woman has super low self esteem or dont know how good looking they really are.
