What to do when you are an European nation and its fucking spawns at India? So it isn’t fun to crush the revolution or to become a revolutionary republic
When I click the buildings tab I only see the building options for that province. Is this a dlc where you can see all possible locations and the best ones in one menu?
When I went to your "Ending the revolution" part, you only talk about how to end it if it spawns in another country. You don't talk about if it spawns in your own country. I want to know if it's possible to end the revolution without triggering the disaster. Some people say it will disappear after 30 years or something after no one has gone revolutionary, but I can't actually find that information on the wiki.
inno combined with diplo ideas policy as florence gives you 60% adivisor cost reduction really early on in the game combine that with the tech reduction and the republic and you will be on plus 10 mana points for the rest of the game with 20% reduction in tech which can go up to 30% because innovativeness it is my favorite start in eu4.
Cyrus wanted to Invade Massagetaes/Sakas and marry Tomyrys to legitimize the rule on them. Cyrus did not invade scythian pontic stepe but area of Turkmenistan, Uzbekistand and west Kazachstan where Sakas lived. Darius I invaded pontic scythia, lost a ton of resources and man and withdraw.
the link you mentioned has a misunderstood at math for roi of the temples if you have 3 tax you get 3 ducats per year at 100percent tax effieceny temples make it 4.2 at (0 autonomy 0 devastation for centuries) so you get 1.2 ducats per year for exchange of 100 ducats you get your money back in 83.33 years at 3 tax / not 25
Its been years but Revolution Age is an age that less than 1% of players reach once in several campaigns. Revolution target being RnG just adds to how unengaging it is. Revolutionary Zeal is fun but it is soooo boring waiting for the revolution spread for you to use the mechanics. The reforms are quite good but compared to some of the standard reforms they might even be a downgrade. Also there is no real reason to become a revolutionary Empire, as Republics can **print** mana. Finally, ending the revolution can be really easy on Normal difficulty or even Very Hard if you are scaling properly. I am still quite fond of pre Emperor Revolution mechanics after all these years. I love late game especially on tall games or multiplayer I just really cant have an engaging experience with Revolutions.
Another splendid example how Pdox is suffering from creative bankruptcy. What's the point of 3 colony types if only one is going to be the "meta?" Piss poor Pdox marketing with incompetent devs.

Ming should be able to Spawn a Printing Press because historically they did even Korea had a printing press sure it was very basic but it makes sense that either Ming or Korea can have the ability to spawn it
I've also just looked into the unit pips. I'd say that the important pips change over time, but there are a couple of general rules you can use to choose which is better for you at the time. Morale pips are better for winning battles, but at the cost of a bit more casualties. This should be your focus in 2 situations. You and/or your enemy is small and can be easily stack wiped by following the retreating army. You have enough manpower/month that you don't care about the extra losses. On infantry defensive shock is better than offensive shock. Offensive fire is better then defensive fire (very slightly). Fire is better than shock. On cavalry defensive fire is better than offensive fire. Offensive shock is better than defensive shock. Shock is better than fire. Reason why defensive shock is better than offensive shock for infantry As example I take the longbow (offensive shock 1) and men at arms (defensive shock 1) (western tech 5) Against eachother the pips will cancel eachother out. So a when those 2 fight against eachother there is 0 difference (morale pips are the same). However cavalry does the majority of it's damage in the early game. Having that defensive shock reduces that cavalry damage, while that offensive shock would increase your damage. The redutcion in the cav damage is bigger than the extra damage you could do. So negating damage with that defensive shock pip is better.
They are just not worth enough to actually pick them when they will give you value. Like, EU4 campaigns get decided in the mid game when absolutism let's you conquer more efficiently and there is no way anyone that is tryharding is gonna sacrifice religious or admin for innovative ideas. We also have to consider how it's buffs fall off a cliff in the late game because Diplo and mil mana become extremely easy to get, I have had times where I rushed an idea group in no time just because of the sheer amount of point generation lvl 5 advisors give. This comes from a WC oriented player though, i can see how in MP the policies actually have importance and aren't just for space marines RPing.
Full annexing Mehdi Bari ASAP is a great way to go down the right wing of the mission tree and get some crazy events that build up a valuable gems province. As long as you conquer all the minors you get claims on, and build a fort next to your second Coptic Holy Site, you'll be pretty well defended against Mamluks early on. Take advantage of Cawa, get Mil Tech 4 early, and focus on getting the second-from-left mission tree branch complete until you get your unique inflation reduction privilege. From then on, you are golden in terms of money and can freely expand across the Horn by 1465, depending on how many siege pips your heir gets. When he got 3 siege pips, I was able to beat all the minors by 1452 and just have the Sunni nations of the Horn left.
