some EVs can only charge from 8A and up. Maybe one of the DEFA enginers thought that customers would not understand why their EVs are not charging and would make unnecessary complaints.

I guess because some cars won’t starts charging by 6A. That’s could be the reason they set the minimum on 8A. This is a small fix then and won’t let me don’t if I was choosing DEFA.
@@Mr.Tran4you That bug is finally fixed, but what cars do not charge at 6A? If it is not possible to set it at 6A it should not be advertised. This can be very important if you do not have charge balancing unit. Another fault is that it is only possible to show the first half of the month charge diagram. DEFA support is extremely slow (several weeks) answering and fixing problems.

Hadde håpet på at dette var en sånn smartløsning som var fastmontert i bilen og var direkte tilknyttet motorvarmeuttaket, og matet strøm direkte til batteri ved behov. Helt forferdelig å åpne panseret om vinteren :(
Förstår inte dock vitsen med denna när du kan använda en enkel insexsnyckel till att ta loss den yttre delen, när låset är kvar och man får med både laddkabel och hållaren? Skulle kännas rimligare att man måste ta bort låset som håller kabeln innan man får loss den yttre delen.
Hei. Jeg har en defa varmeapparat, og jeg lastet ned et program og skrev inn all informasjon og nummeret og prøvde å koble det til Bluetooth, men det kobles ikke. Hvorfor
Järjestelmä on kiinnostava, mutta mikä mahtaa olla kantomatka? Olosuhteet tietenkin vaikuttavat, mutta noin suunnilleen? Talosta talliin? Jos pitää mennä auton viereen, ei järjestelmä ole enää kovin hyödyllinen.
Mitä yhestä toisesta videosta näin ni, niin veikkaisin vähä päälle 20 000km, sillä kommunikaatio puhelimen ja auton vastaanotto moduulin kanssa tapahtuu jollain muulla keinolla kun radio aaloilla. Itse autoon voisi asentaa helposti hyvän vastaanottimen, mutta missään puhelimessa ei ole mitään tehokasta keinoa lähettää signaalia, muutaku just sen sim kortin avulla (maksullinen). Bluetooth o ilmane mut siin o 10m kantama. Pitäs olla sellanen auton avaimen kokonein kimpale jossa olis lähetys tehoa muutama sata metriä, ni toimis ilmateeks kaikki, ei mitää kk maksuja, ja appeja puhelimee
@@toyotacorollae1407 Joo, niinpä näkyy nykyisin lukevan Defan sivuilla että on GPRS-yhteydellä Pohjoismaissa ja muilla markkinoilla on WarmUp Bluetooth. Kysymykseni aikaan neljä vuotta sitten ei tietoa löytynyt eikä Defalta näköjään jaksettu vastata.
It seemed nice on video and I let dealer to install it on my new car. But unfortunately I can not manage to connect my iPhone 6 with a system, all methods to connect from this manual ain't working: static.mydefa.com/manual/en-us/705250/setup.html . Please make a video manual to show how to connect a phone with it otherwise it seems useless for now.

Did you try to remove the fuse (static.mydefa.com/manual/images/Fuse-replacement-01.png) for the Defa Bluetooth for 10 sec? Put the fuse back in and try to connect. This worked for me!
