Hello and welcome to some relaxing rockhounding in some of the oldest and most beautiful locations on earth!
If you are into fossicking, lapidary, gemstones, or just the sheer beauty and relaxing vibe of nature, be sure to check out my videos. My content is short, simple, relaxing first person views of me finding cool rocks in situ. No talking nonsense, no filler, no stalling, no carrying on. Just genuine rockhounding where the environment and the rocks themselves tell the story, with a bit of light background music.
Footage is all shot and edited on my phone, nothing is staged or set up. Locations are up and down the east coast of New South Wales, Australia. All licences and permits are held where needed, and all respect and care is given to the natural environment at all times.
I mostly hunt for thundereggs and volcanic specimens , but you'll see a wide variety of stones found like Chalcedony, red and green Jaspers, Crystals, Carnelians, Agates of all types, and more!
thak you, this thing is actually prety usefull, i'm studying geology and thanks to your videos i've been getting invited to more investigations outside
just found your channel yesterday after looking for a while for a rockhounding channel that combines a relaxing vibe and cool rocks like this :] might i ask what river you found these at? i love moss agates especially & would like to find some myself but don't think they exist anywhere near where i live
All of these are Chalcedony of various forms. Some waterline agate, some carnelian, etc. I'll start putting more info in future vids. Not valuable, just really fun to find and look at !
I found a ton of very small water line agates just the like these out by South Umpqua campground and they’re beautiful I totally recommend taking a vacation there!
