Lovely videos with Alex, Zion and Felix! Come and enjoy all the lovely stuff you're looking for about Nintendo. Reviews, early plays, and all the other gubbins we throw out there with gusto.
My guess would've been it's because the Bethesda Gamebryo/Creation engine doesn't work well on ARM processors...if not for the fact they ported Skyrim and it works just fine. Fallout is just as big, if not bigger than The Elder Scrolls, so it seems like a no-brainer for a Fallout 4 port at least. I wonder if it's because performance is too much of a concern for FO4, given Skyrim was a 360/PS3 game, and FO4 is a One/PS4 game. And maybe FO3/NV running on the older Gamebryo engine presents some porting problems? Nobody but Todd really knows I guess. It could be as simple as "Well, Nintendo is a kids platform, so the violent post-apoc game with slavers, gore, drugs, and more mature themes is a no-no." Sure Skyrim has some gore, but it's nowhere near as violent as Fallout. And of course the meme of Todd selling Skyrim for the 10 billionth time.
Is Star Wars: Outlaws a shooter? Isn’t it an action RPG maybe a bit of Adventure? Or it’s different only going to phones and switch? (I know something new from the IP is coming to PlayStation and Microsoft soon
I’ve never played this game would you recommend me buying it and playing it? It’s on sale right now for the switch and I’m looking for a game that’s less then 10-15$
I'm the opposite, I played and re-played link to the past and have yet to beat SMW. My SNES came with Link to the past, I got mine a little late, so I didn't get a Mario game with my system.
I used to love the mini intro animation when every fight starts and the sounds.. in this new one it was a bit disappointing to see there is almost no sound to those intros.. it's a very subtle detail but I just to love that 😢
I am enjoying gaming on the Switch like I haven't since the Game Cube era. A new charming exclusive is there for me to play every other day. Dont miss any of the empty world, pseudorealistic movie games on PS5/XBox.
My 3DSs both have pretty crap batteries that u haven’t replaced yet, so they stay plugged in on the chargers because I genuinely play them a lot especially lately. I kept getting StreetPass notifications and I didn’t check them because I thought they were like alerting at each other. I live in an apartment and there’s only all older people around us, we’re the only young couple here. So there’s some old lady probably playing Animal crossing like every day in the neighborhood and I WISH I could find out who it is and be her friend.
55:56 The Big Dirty in Eugene! Amazing venue. Also Misterwives is impecable. I've seen them 4x and it's always a treat. Thanks Zion for this streetpass tribute. I will carry my 3ds more often because of you!!
When I played BOTW in march of 2017, I nit only played almost exclusively no fast travel, but I played almost exclusively on foot. And I tell you it was amazing! Every peak I could find in my view I'd climb and planned my next adventure from the top of it. It took me +200h to finish and I remember coming back from night shifts and instead of going to sleep I'd play for 8h straight until I couldn't hold my eyes open. It truly was a watershed moment - new console, new Zelda game, playing it with my 10 year old daughter. It'll never get beaten.
Unfortunately, given the brand's recent acquisition by IGN, I do not feel that I can trust major head portion of the company anymore. Not that I cannot trust you specifically, but I do not trust that IGN will not eventually terminate this channel and it's website or twist it into something unrecognizable.
Feels like a Ubisoft open world game. Big solely for the sake of being big. Huge swathes of the map with NOTHING there. Crafting and building is convoluted and finicky controls. I don’t get the hype.
Coming from Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition to this…. I am not a fan, gotta say…. The new battle system just seem super slow and tedious, and sometimes when you go back to a previous area, you seemingly still make the same amount of damage to enemies 10 levels beneath you. I really find the new system extremely tedious as well, with the accessories, pouch items, and gems and aux cores for the blades, it seems as if you have to micromanage every little thing constantly. I’m at chapter 4, atm, and I only found the old merc leader interesting, and that bloody nopon, if I could, I’d strangle him every time he opens his mouth, god, he’s annoying, ESPECIALLY during battles…. I like the merc group minigame, and the game is pretty, but, nothing that wow’ed me as the first title did… I really can’t see why this title is viewed more fondly than the first one, because I’m seriously struggling to find the patience… The first one became one of my favorite games ever, so I bought 2 and 3 before I finished it, and looked forward to playing the entire trilogy, so I reeeeeaaally hope it gets better than cardboard characters and stiff voice acting….
