that's some bad voice acting and dialogue. I am so glad Final Fantasy never did voice acting this generation because, as what we saw a generation later in FFX, it would have been horrible.
How the HELL did I never notice that the two seagulls have red and violet stripes, representing Zieg and Rose respectively?! I dunno... I first played this game at age 20-something, guess the "profound symbolism" was too subtle for me or something.
For those of you in these comments who do not know, and cannot access the game anymore, they put it on PS4 and PS5. I just downloaded it for free on my PS5.
I hope Shana might be worried about finding Dart field. until we another chance someday. Because that lighthouse wouldn't falling down into collapses with crushing down. They almost got jumped out, Came back to Neathia's of chamber of the Library Saturn's lighthouse.
I swear it took me four hours to beat this boss. Even without dying. I think I took three breaks bc it was so long. I know there were some things that I missed in the game that would have made me stronger but I couldn't go back to get them so that's probably why it took me so long. Just strong enough to not die but not strong enough to defeat him quickly.
my cousin and I used to use gameshark to make dart lvl 100 (but actually made him lvl 1) so he was always KOd. we used to laugh hysterically at the 5th generation putting the sunbeam on his KOd self
Ice melts quickly when you put it in whiskey or any highly alcoholic beverage. The ice will sometimes crack or break, leading to it shifting in the glass, hence the "clink" sound. It is done to show that Dart was there for a decent period of time, not just in and out. It also adds emphasis to the glass. Lavitz's spirit may have been present, but it did not manipulate the glass.
Dart going to Lavitz, and TWO glasses of drink, because in the game they promise each other to drink together one day… then Dart goes away, and you see one glass full and one empty, with the ice melting and do the sound “tling”… that scene make my heart cry every time. ❤️ Hope a remake but even the Classic on PS5 is good
I always got the feeling that the 5th generation was showing this beautiful, pristine world...and the 6th generation showed that humans just had to come along and ruin it.
Great game I remember playing this when I was 14 in 2000 but forget me if I don't whish I could forget the lame / stoned/ half asleep sounding English voice acting of Zeige. The truely horrendous English voice acting of Shana and lame, stoned/ half awake sounding Rose. Only Dart's English actor sounded decent. I recommend watching the ending in Japanese as the voice acting is so much better.
I've never grinded all the way up to LVL 60. Although I grinded enough to have 3x legend armors plus one legend casque. And everytime I see someone messing up a combo outside of an unexpected counter on RU-vid. I end up cringing a bit. Although, tbh, I always sucked at Dragoon attack combos
The beginning of the instrumental sounds like A Whole New World from the ending credits of Disney's 1992 classic film: Aladdin . I don't why. It just does .
