Do you think I am OK " raiding " the fridge if its only got fast 800 food in it ?There is a bag of revels in there but I havnt beentempted. I do sneak nuts and greek yogurt if I want a sweet cheat. The worst I have done is have a piece ofcheddar about an inch slice of the end. Please carry on letting us know how you go. Fab.

You can tell from the sides that it’s not an original. Can you please tell me where you got this from? I believe the original bag has black stitch linings going down on the sides of the bag, you can google it anywhere. It’s a subtle but a noticeable difference.
You are so beautiful. This makeup look is stunning! I’ll have to look up the eye palette. I might try this foundation. I’ve always gone for dewy foundations as my skin has been so dry for years but lately I’ve been getting an oily t zone so this might be worth a go 😊❤
But it’s only water weight and you just gain it right back? 800 calories isn’t enough and I want to get weight off but gain muscle and do it healthy. I need calories and protein to gain muscle and not pass out to have energy to work out. So if we break this we will gain it back?
You didn't gain 7 lbs of fat in a week - that's physically impossible. It will mostly have been water retention. Weight fluctuates naturally - so I'm not convinced that regular weighing is good psychologically. I'm gearing up to go on the programme myself, and plan to track compliance, not results. If I stick to the programme, results are going to come. So I'll maybe check the scales every couple of months.
If you are doing the Fast800, you need to be organised and plan ahead, as there's a lot of meal prep. Most people fail on the program, because of that. It's a great way to learn the benefits of eating only a whole food diet.

awesome well done... me my mum and dad have started the diet last week whilst ive been experiencing the headaches and fatigue which has finally gone looking forward to the weight loss as I only need to loose about 10kgs to get healthy so fingers crossed being 50 i expect the weightloss to be slower but we shall see how we go....
