Join the Homes On Wheels team as they give you tours of mobile homes, manufactured homes, RV's, campers, and even customized van life homes. See detailed information and where you can find each home. We review and talk about what we like or don't like and are not salesmen nor do we work for manufacturers. We are just everyday home buyers just like you.
Nice home. As for the sink question I prefer single because of the ability to wash large baking pans without getting water EVERYWHERE. If I need a double, I just put a dishpan (or plastic tub) in the sink. Best of both worlds.
I appreciate you sharing the approximate price. I follow one other channel that shows mobile homes, and I've noticed more and more companies seem unwilling to give out the approximate price. They want you to call in to get it. I hate phone calls, and I'm not going to call a place unless I know that the home I'm interested in is somewhere in my price range. So thanks to you for sharing, and thanks to Franklin Homes as well.
if you back out a bit when recording, you can get more in the shot. I didnt like how most of the time there wasnt enough to see from my view, on what you were talking about.
Not a mobile home!!! Stop with the improper classification. Part of the reason why people don’t know the difference between a manufactured home and a MODULAR.
I don’t know the first two bedrooms seem kind of small on the master does not seem as big as the master should be. I personally don’t like the windows that are low because you only have one wall you could really put your bed on the master bath is beyond amazing the bathtub and the shower and the vanity is amazing. Personally, don’t like where you have to walk through the bathroom to get to a closet. It doesn’t make much sense to me or if someone’s in the bathroom and you have to get ready but I also don’t like a closet. I like that the toilet is in an open area.
My opinion, if you’re going to do a stainless steel refrigerator, we shouldn’t do black appliances because you have white brown black and stainless steel in the kitchen
If it had a 14x14 master bedroom it would be great sure they can't make it a two bedroom giving more space to master and living room I would buy it if bedroom was as nice as bathroom
Great size home and floor plan. I’ve seen this same Haven with a 3rd bedroom where the covered porch is located with the front door on the side of the home. Personally, I prefer the 2 bedroom and would have the front porch area screened. Thanks for the tour.
I mean its a nice house but it has no pantry and hardly any storage in the kitchen so where are ypu going to put ypur food? Definitely a deal breaker for me.
Hi Brandon, As to being an almost retired couple, I have been looking for a two bedroom, two bath. However, I don't particularly care for this layout. There are some things I do like. But I don't see my particular floor plan very often. I do like the master bathroom. However, not location. the guest bathroom needs to have a small window above the shower. I would prefer an L shaped kitchen and a laundry room that goes into the master bath. And I think I would prefer to put on my own decks. Or possibly utilize the new firefly decks, I think they're called. I'm a custom girl in a cookie cutter world. 😊
Where I live prepping the land and building a decent home around 2000 sq feet will start at 400k+. These manufactured homes and modular homes are very expensive where I live too. There are really no options for inexpensive homes in southwest Florida. I guess you can buy one of these condos on sale that likely will have a hidden special assessment.
