Too bad no real lining closets (and no the one near living room isn't it), and no pantry, no door on master closet and no tub in the master bath. Would ideally like more kitchen cabinets as well, but i think in terms of one's permanent home. But this is on par for a Clayton home, in my opinion, something is always lacking in their homes in one way or another, so $137,500 seems appropriate. I like that this has large walk in closets in the guest bedrooms. As stated some things may be customizable, so some of these deficits may be correctable. This home would probably be more than adequate for a young couple with a small family and affordable. I appreciate the great tours and attention to details.
Looking for a small double wide mobile Home..new for my niece, we only have $ 60, 000. Wilkesboro, NC. We found the home at Clayton homes, however there have inflated the price to $ 68,000. I find this sad, since it was placed on their at a lower price. Clayton Wilkesboro, NC has advised, the price will go even higher. That's super inflation. Karen, NC
I like the separation of the dining area. The Kitchen needs drawers and a pantry. The space behind the door in the guest bathroom could be a linen closet. Master closet needs the rack to go all the way around and a door.
And it's hard going from seeing a deer valley home to watching this, but a Clayton home is incomparable to Deer Valley, but a Clayton home may be more economical.
Overall nice home but small pantry and no lining closets, master closet is weird and however awesome that shower may be it can in no way replace an actual tub. Thanks for the thorough tour!
I would use the spot across from the laundry equipment for a freezer myself. If you choose not to use that spot as freezer space, it could also make a nice little butler pantry area.
What happened to the Mossy Oak homes featured a couple of years ago? Been looking for them for months. Are they no longer made? The single wides with entrances at the end were terrific.
