Thank you again if we purchase the 100 Royal Jelly in it’s frozen form how do we maintain it’s freshness since it’s 100% Royal jelly not mixed with honey. Other products have raw honey mixed with only 10% royal jelly. I would prefer something that has more potency
Hello, Peter, Thank you for your question. We would suggest finding a royal jelly supplement in capsule form. It's generally made with pure royal jelly other than the capsule ingredients. We would suggest this one from Organika: www.nationalnutrition.ca/organika-royal-jelly-500mg-120caps.html Stay healthy & well!

Hello, Reserabulan, Thank you for your question. Bergamot is a great oil with an amazing aroma. You can either add a few drops to a diffuser and scent your home or inhale it. You can also add a few drops to your bath water. If you'd like to apply it topically, mix it with grapeseed oil for an overall body oil or with avocado oil if you're wanting to make a massage oil. You can also mix it with lemon oil and water to make a natural cleaner. If you'd like to learn more, check out our aromatherapy articles here: www.nationalnutrition.ca/articles/supplements/bergamot-essential-oil/ Stay healthy & well!

Guar gum is used more often within the food industry and unless you have an issue digesting beans and legumes is the more favoured choice. Have a healthy day!
I still been looking to see if mullein has any zinc in it. I say this because we all know zinc is needed for our lungs and you cannot retain copper without zinc present.

It also has saponins, flavonoids, phenylethanoid glycosides and others. I'm a guy and it works for me. I have a big bag of it. I have a really bad anxiety and hot flash issue. BC is all that's helped. I also take CBD but it makes me a bit lazy. I have inflammation and pains and Black Cohosh will stay in my cabinet for when I need it. You also mentioned Don Quai and that also helped me. Maybe I am a woman. But these hormonal roots are effective for me.
Hello, Thanks for tuning into our channel. Black cohosh also contains aspirin precursor molecules called salicylates. Therefore black cohosh has pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties that are useful for conditions like arthritis. Some compounds in black cohosh have been found to decrease blood pressure by dilating vessels making black cohosh useful for treating high blood pressure. Which would explain why it's helping decrease your inflammation and pain. If you'd like to keep learning, read more about Black Cohosh in our article: www.nationalnutrition.ca/articles/supplements/black-cohosh/ Stay healthy & well!
Hello, Thank you for your question. You would have to consume a lot of lycopene or tomatoes in order for this to happen. If it were to happen, it is harmless. Have a healthy day!

Hello LD, Thank you for your question. There is some research on tamanu with findings on certain constituents having antibacterial and antiviral properties. However, it doesn't contain anti-fungal properties. These essential oils: Citronella, geranium, lemongrass, eucalyptus, and peppermint have been tested against fungi and been found effective. It's important to note that essential oils must be mixed with a carrier oil, like Tamanu, before being applied to the skin. Lastly, we would like to note it is also important to speak with your doctor or naturopath to ensure more medical attention isn't needed for your specific case. Have a healthy day!
