Аренд, как вариант можно рядом с этой фермой открыть свою например страусиную, у нас в Пскове знаю парочку таких, продукция отлично на Питер, Москву продаётся и конкурентами не будете и соседи отличные, такие же трудяги как и вы. Место хорошее и водоём рядом, я думаю идеальный вариант для освоения.

Что бы было Вам удобно, купите измерительные линейки 20-100 сантиметра и рулетки на 3--15 метров (9-49 ft ) имеющие одновременно шкалы деления в миллиметрах (сантиметр и метр) и в дюймах и фунтах. Вам это будет удобно и легче будет ориентироваться, без сложных вычислении. По своему опыту так делаю, если изделия имеют метрические или фунтовые размеры. Будьте Здоровы и Удачи в начинаниях!
