Thank you. Could you tell me how you secured the silk to the frame? It looked like hooks of some sort but that would put holes in your silk. I hope this question is not too intrusive.
Echt mooi om te zien hoe jullie deze creative kunstvorm tot leven brengen en wat een prachtige winkel in Deventer. Really nice to see how you bring this art-form to life. Thank you. Looking forward to doing a workshop in future.
Geweldig om jullie (en werk)) samen te zien ! Een feestje voor het oog :-) Ben heel benieuwd naar de mogelijkheid van een online workshop !!! It's wonderful to see you both (and your work) together ! A treat for the eyes :-) I'm really looking forward to the possibility of an online workshop . . . see you on Monday <3
I love how each silk artist has their own style and techniques; so many possibilities. I like your light and brief video style, quick but shows the essence of your method and ends with a creative display of your work. You might like my videos as well.
@@textiellink originaly am from Sudan if you write on youtube sudanes toub you will see our traditional thing that we wear it look like indian saree we paint it so many colour this why I am interesting in learning this
@@ellenbakker2975 Your work is lovely too! Interesting to see you using the hair dryer to (I presume) keep the clean lines of the brush strokes and prevent running of the colour. Whoever did your video and the editing did a great job. The light is just lovely. I wish I could afford to have someone come into my studio and make such a video, but then I couldn't afford to get a new roof put on my shed! ;)
Thank you for your kind words. I am so lucky to have a son who happens to be a camera man :) I wil let him know you like the video! And yes, I use the hairdryer to stop the paint. It's works very good. Don't have to use gutta.
