3:06 do not do this if you are watching. A lot of strands were lost outside of the lug, it is undersized. ALL strands need to be inside the lug not like was shown. If you were doing this as an OEM that would not be an acceptable practice.

This was almost 10 years ago, however still in use every day. Pump noise has been improved a lot as well since back then. We have converted quite a few in these 10 years 👍
In your shorts there is a hyper 9 connected to a transaxle like item, where would someone get information on it? I’ve got a MK3 VW Jetta and am worried that the hyper 9 will destroy the transaxle? Thanks ahead.
Nice demo but the sound was not very good. Then the demo seamed to be made in a hurry. E.g. when the cable should be shrinked by use of the heatgun, then wasn't the sheald not flat at all so the cable became much more bulky than it should be. When the end of tha cable should be inserted to the ring terminal only part of the cable whent in to the terminal. I must say that I enjoy the demo but relax and don't rush the next time when you make a new video. Keep up the good work!
I really found these videos informative, however must say those Can BMS PCB connectors look marginal to push fit wires into and would not give confidence for vibration/reliability purposes once installed into an EV car. Appreciate these are proprietary pcb connectors ,but not great in this application. (imho) Keep up the work...great videos

Leuke video, maar meteen ergerlijk dat de presentator gebrek aan spraakwater heeft (veel slikken). Podium angst? En daarnaast valt het geluid regelmatig weg. Dus stel de presentator even op zijn gemak, geef hem een glaasje water, regel een goede microfoon en doe een retake.
