What inverter charger did you use for the non car stuff? I'm trying to do an all electric Citroen HY myself (not the motor though) and am having a hard time figuring out which inverter charger to get. Since the espresso machine alone requires 4000 watts, a grinder, and a few other things on top of that easily turns into 7000-8000 max draw...
