These videos should have hundreds of thousands of views. They are very, very informative and detailed. Thanks for the illustrations and clarifications. Also thanks for sharing this for free.
I'm using LMR400 now, but it's such a pain to work with I'll use something more flexible when it's time for new feedline. My two cable runs are 60 & 75 feet and I operate mostly seven thru 21 MHz (40 thru 15 meter amateur radio bands)
I believe it is to help keep the bundle uniformly spaced when the outer jacket is molded over it. This helps the outer jacket stay round instead of wrinkly.
@@eldorado7607According to OSHA 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(F): flexible cords and cables may not be used where installed in raceways, except as otherwise permitted in this subpart. You'll probably want to read up on that to see if your application is an exception, but I'll tell you now, pulling this stuff through conduit is gonna suck without an absolute fuckton of lube.

Hi, RG174 is much different than a standard tv antenna cable correct? Because I am seeing people using their gopro cameras underwater with rg174. Although my tv cable looks identical it doesnt work and must be a whole other material with low frequency.
In your video, you don't explain why I would want to use your service. You have shown me that you have equipment that you say should dye the wire, but you do not show the process or explain in enough detail how it works. You have not done enough to make yourself stand out from any of your competitors with a camera and internet connection. You don't have to give away the trade secrets, but watch a "How it's Made" video or two and try and do something like that. Then explain why the way YOU do it adds value and sets you apart from your competition.
Great video, so what is the best sort of cable to use for 6-8 OHM floorstanding speakers eachwith 250WATTS music power and both 5 feet from the amplifier which is 280WATTS? Possibly 16 gauge copper or aluminium....
