I just ordered this brand yesterday! I purchased it mostly for the weight loss aspect, I had my son 5 years ago and have struggled to loose the weight I gained during my pregnancy, I’m really hoping that this is able to help me.
How many tablespoons per day do you use? I am starting to take sea moss gel everyday but I do not know if I can take up to 1 or 2 tablespoons on a daily basis or I should limit my intake because they say that some can be full of heavy metals and too much can cause thyroid problems.

I have two quays which i love the yada yada and the call the shots. I Like my yada yada a little more. and been thinking to get the hyped up as a dupe for the first pradas you showed. Thank you for the mention of taking at night vs morning!! Because an intermittent fast anf yes headache. I added the oatmeal natures “ozempic” oatmeal shake and still so I’ll start taking at night starting tomorrow

I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks. I don’t have diabetes or any health issues but I’ve recently gained 20 lbs due to some mental health issues. My appetite is under control for the first time in a year! I don’t crave food . Hope it continues to have that effect till i drop the weight
